Styrofoam. Available in the form of slabs with a thickness of 2 to 10 cm. Has low price and high popularity.
Penofol. Used in combination with penoplex. Material newest generation, consists of polyethylene foam and aluminum foil.
Penoplex. Much more expensive than its higher brethren - but also different in quality. Available in sheets of 2, 3, 5 and 6 cm.
