Psychological classes for high school students. A collection of class hours for high school students, a class hour on the topic

High school is a time of growing up and defining yourself as an individual. At this age, children strive to leave the care of not only their parents, but also their teachers. However, their methods of self-expression and ostentatious growing up do not always lead to positive results. are designed to direct the energy of schoolchildren in the right direction, to help determine their desires and capabilities.

Classroom topics for high school students

Often, senior students claim that they no longer need the classroom as a form of extracurricular educational work. In most cases, this happens because the event is poorly prepared or is conducted in the form of a lecture, which does not add to the fun of it.

To prepare class hour you should be creative and use extraordinary solutions... First of all, you need to decide on a topic. What would be interesting for older children to talk about and think about?

The first thing that comes to mind is . In order not to miss the mark, you can conduct a simple survey and find out what profession students are thinking about. This is where the themes come from:

  • Dentist (lawyer, military man, designer, accountant) is my future profession!
  • Journey to the land of professions.
  • The road to tomorrow.

In order not to be unfounded, you can go on an excursion to any enterprise or arrange it right in the school office. Use appropriate costumes and surroundings so that schoolchildren are completely immersed in the working atmosphere.

Class hours timed to coincide with some event or holiday will help develop your horizons and diversify your interests. There, schoolchildren will be able to show themselves and their talents in various fields. The main thing is to be smart and involve as many students as possible in the preparation.

  • World of Museums (timed to coincide with the 120th anniversary of the opening of the Russian Museum in St. Petersburg).
  • (2015 has been declared the year of literature in Russia).
  • International Day of Peace (Celebrated on September 21, since 2002. Can be dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the end of World War II).

Don't forget about the interests of high school students. In order for the class hour to pass harmoniously and be to the liking of the children, a lot of preparation is needed. The choice of topics can be huge; it is necessary to proceed from the interests and hobbies of the students.

At such thematic class hours, students themselves can become guides and talk about what their hobbies are, and conduct master classes.

Social aspects are the most important link in the development of personality. Therefore, emphasis on this side of life is also necessary in extracurricular activities.

  • October 1 is International Day of Older Persons.

May come into effect here project activities schoolchildren. They can present their research papers or presentations.

The main thing in a person’s life remains love. Singers have sung it since ancient times. So it’s not possible to avoid this topic. Class hours for high school students about love can take any form.

  • First love.
  • To everyone who is in love - Valentine's Day.
  • Love at first sight.
  • Day of love, family and fidelity.

At such extracurricular events, the topics of the value of this eternal feeling, the importance and preciousness of family should be raised. Class hour about love can take place in the form of a humorous game, known in the 90s, when a pair of “lovers” was chosen based on their interests. Or it can become a real poetic evening, where poems and songs about love will be heard. In addition, students will be able to act as creators and write a letter to their first or unfulfilled love themselves.

Developing a classroom lesson is a labor-intensive process that requires a lot of knowledge and time. To make the task easier, look at the developments cool hours on our website.

Progress of the class hour.

1. Parents and children take seats at their tables.

2. The class teacher opens the class hour, names the topic and form of the class. hour and the reasons that prompted such a cool hour.

3. The class teacher invites parents and children to continue the phrase: “An attentive person is...” (3-4 min.)

4. The class teacher reports the results of the survey and offers a deeper and more detailed understanding of what attention is and how to develop it.

What is attention?

How often our children are like such an absent-minded person. Often, due to lack of attention, it is difficult for a child to study at school. It is as if the student does not hear or see what he must learn and remember. In high school, it becomes even more difficult for him, because he receives more and more information to remember.

What is attention? Attention is a person’s ability to focus on certain objects and phenomena. From the huge amount of information incoming at the same time, a person needs to be able to single out what is useful, significant at the moment, and important for acceptance. right decisions. Attention helps us do this.

Basic properties of attention.

1.Concentration – the ability to focus on one object or some part of it. For example, on a problem or textbook text.

2. Attention span– the number of simultaneously perceived and retained objects in consciousness. What quality of attention does a student need when compiling comparative tables, when studying text in a textbook while simultaneously looking at pictures, etc.

3. Sustainability of attention- this is the ability to concentrate on the same object or problem for a long time. It is easier for a child with stable attention to prepare lessons on subjects with a large amount of text; he can do the same work for a long time, for example, solving a long problem.

4. Distribution of attention- simultaneous attention to two or more objects. They say about people with this skill that he can do several things at the same time: he writes a homework exercise, watches a program on TV and listens to what his parents are talking about in another room. Learning to distribute attention is difficult, but possible.

5. Switching attention- this is the movement of attention from one object to another or from one type of activity to another. This is important when moving from one activity to another, when starting a new business, or for quickly completing an activity. For example, at the beginning of the lesson the children wrote test work, then answered orally, then worked with the text, etc.

Development of attention.

Attention is not a quality given once and for all. You can and should develop it yourself! If it’s difficult or boring alone, you can do it with friends or parents. Most effective means To develop attention in children, a game or play exercise is used. I offer you some simple, accessible and interesting gaming activities. They can be practiced at any time, they do not require special training, and any number of people can take part in them, regardless of age.

The practical part is games and game exercises for attention.

To play the game, you need to create two teams: parents and children. Take your team seats (at the tables). Our game is competitive. I will record the results of each game in a table (see appendices). At the end we will find out who is more attentive: parents or their children? Who is the most attentive of adults and children? At the same time, we will learn to develop attention through play.

1. “Who is more attentive?”Listen carefully to the fairy tale “The Little Fox and the Little Frog” by G. Yudin and count how many words in it begin with the letter “l”.

In the forest, in a large puddle, there lived a little frog who loved to sculpt from clay. He will crawl out of the puddle, pick up some clay and sit there, sculpting. At first he made only flat cakes, then he began to make koloboks and lemons. Then he made an elephant and after that a lion on skis and a horse in a boat. The animals looked, laughed and affectionately stroked the frog on the back. Only one little fox (was he jealous or something) came, broke everything, and even teased us. - the greenest of all is the big-eyed frog!

And this continued until the little fox grew up. One day he came to a puddle, sat down next to the frog, watched for a long time as he sculpted, and said sadly:

I used to sculpt too, but I just couldn’t do anything. - Nothing! - said the frog. - Don't be upset! But you dig the most cunning holes. (59 words)

2. «In the art gallery" An unfamiliar painting or photograph is presented to the participants. Participants look at it for a few seconds, then answer questions from memory like: how many objects are there in the picture, what kind of objects they are in color, shape, etc.

3. “We read the press.”Participants in the game receive an unfamiliar newspaper for a few minutes, and then answer the host’s questions about the material printed in it. Be sure to ask questions like: what is the name of the newspaper, what date is it for, its number, the number of articles on the page, etc.

4. “How much of what.”Teams inspect the room where the game is taking place and look for objects in it, either starting with a letter (s, k, p...), or made from certain material(wood, metal...), or having a certain shape (round, rectangular...).

5. “Who got what?”" The presenter distributes any objects to all participants and orders them to immediately hide them from the participants’ eyes. Then everyone, in writing or in turns, depending on the number of players, guesses which item went to whom.

The final stage.

The teacher sums up the results of the game, names the most attentive participants from children and parents, and expresses his admiration for the winning participants. Then he offers the latest parting advice from psychologists to parents and children:

Play joint games to develop attention, invent new games yourself, or buy books with such games;

Learn to play checkers and chess, they are a “school of attention”;

Learn to be observant in everyday life, pay each other's attention to any changes occurring in the world around you.

Reflection.

Participants are invited to take turns continuing the phrase: “Today during the class hour, I realized (understood) that attention...”, then those who wish to express their opinion about the class hour, his positive aspects and shortcomings. You can conduct reflection in writing, in the form of answers to questionnaire questions.

A moment of gratitude.

The class teacher thanks all parents and children for their active participation in the classroom and wishes them success in developing their attention and future life.

Organizational issue. Greetings. Communicate the topic and purpose of the class.

Word from the class teacher:

Hello, dear guys. Today we have gathered to discuss a serious issue - the choice of profession. At today's event we must find out how a person's health can seriously influence the choice of profession.

I would like to remind you of the working rules:

  1. Confidential communication style;
  2. Sincerity in communication;
  3. Active participation in what is happening;
  4. Respect for the speaker;
  5. Don't interrupt the speaker...

Let's start the class hour with a game. ("Everyone has their own opinion")

Take a sheet of paper. The students' eyes are closed. Assignment: Divide a sheet of paper into two parts and tear off one part. We open our eyes. We lift the leaf up. Are your sheets the same?(Students' answers).

Conclusion: Each person has his own opinion, each of us is an individual. And you should only express your personal opinion. Today we have divided you into groups based on your choice.

Shortly before our class hour, we conducted a survey on the topic “Choice of a profession”, where you, answering the questions of the survey, chose a certain type of work. At table 1 sit the students who chose the “Man - sign system” type, at table 2 - “Man - nature”, at table 3 - “Man - technology”. The types of work “Man is a person” and “Man is an artistic image” were not chosen by any of you.

Yes, you have made your choice - this is optimal solution problems, and problems with many unknowns, and sometimes with approximate, incorrect data. Therefore, an error cannot be ruled out. But the more seriously you take the task, the less likely it is to make mistakes, and the sooner you will achieve your goal. We need to decide which path to choose after 11th grade.

The choice is yours!

Briefly the formula “ good choice"can be expressed in three words:

(formula on the board)

a good choice

need to

Want

I can

Conversation with students:- How do you understand the formula “good choice”?(Answers learn)

Conclusion from the class teacher:

  • “I want” is the desires, interests, and inclinations of the individual.
  • “I can” is human capabilities
  • “need” is the needs of the labor market, a person’s responsibilities to society, people, family, and so on.

Work in groups:

  • You must defend why this type of work is most close to you?
  • Who or what influenced your choice? (Answers from students in groups).

Conclusion from the class teacher.

Please tell me, students, what 4 factors do you need to know in order to choose the right profession?(Students' answers).

The class teacher attaches sheets of paper with the inscription on the board to the drawing of the airplane (in place of 4 engines):

  • interest;
  • inclinations and abilities;
  • society's needs for personnel;
  • health.

Teacher's word: - In order for our “plane” to reach its goal, for the “engines” to work stably, it is important that we correctly determine our choice and prepare ourselves in advance for self-realization.

Conversation with students:- Which of these conditions is more important? Why?(Answers are learned).

The view of a specialist - a doctor - a therapist. (About health groups)

Practical work. Brainstorming method.

Each group is given a piece of paper with the name of their profession written on it. In 2-3 minutes you must decide what requirements these professions place on human health.

1 group “Man - sign system” - economist;

Group 2 “Man - artistic image” - designer;

Group 3 “Man - Nature” - ecologist;

Group 4 “Man - technology” - driver.

(Students' answers).

Classroom teacher:

Not only among famous people, but in our village there are strong-willed people who were able to overcome illnesses, among them are your parents.

Conclusion.

Conversation with students:- How to overcome certain diseases? What types of prevention and hardening are you familiar with?

(Students' answers)

Classroom teacher:

(A reminder is given to each participant.)

1. Everyone chooses their own profession, and if they make mistakes, then they themselves must learn from their mistakes, decide and act in their own way.

2. Study the profession and everything connected with it.

Pay attention to the needs, prestige, and salary of the future profession.

3. Decide what you can and need to know.

4. Highlight a long-term professional goal, correlate it with personal, family, and leisure goals.

5. Don’t be afraid of risks and mistakes, find the strength to correct mistakes.

6. Have a backup plan in case of failure.

7. Remember, there may be difficulties on your way, plan ways and means to overcome difficulties.

8. To achieve your goal, you need to read, work, and think a lot.

Summary:

Classroom teacher:

Today we examined such a serious issue as how health affects the choice of profession. We found out that in order for a person to maintain his health and not get sick, he must lead a healthy lifestyle: play sports, walk barefoot, douse himself with cold water, go to the bathhouse more often, forget about your bad habits, combine work and leisure, rest on fresh air, love people, don’t get nervous over trifles, approach life more simply and calmly. Then you will be healthy, and the choice of profession will depend solely on your interests, inclinations and abilities. You should never forget the words of the philosopher Socrates that “Health is not everything, but without health everything is nothing.” Since you have chosen your future profession, if you like it, if your health allows it, then everything should work out for you. I wish you great success in your studies, I want your dreams to come true.

Family is what we share among everyone,

A little bit of everything: tears and laughter,

Family is something that is always with you.

Let the seconds, weeks, years rush by,

But the walls are dear, your father’s house -

The heart will forever remain in it!

Classroom teacher.

Today we are sharing with you a class hour called"Family and family values."

A family is people who are related to each other and live together. From the first minutes of our birth, family is next to each of us. If we feel bad, it’s difficult, if a misfortune happens to us, who will listen to us, help, reassure us, give advice, protect us? Of course, people close to us: mothers, fathers, grandmothers, grandfathers, brothers, sisters - our family, the people closest and dearest to us, our support for life.

“It’s bad for a person when he’s alone; woe to one, one is not a warrior” (V.V. Mayakovsky)

The family always helped the person.

Outside the family throughout the history of mankind, not only normal existence, but even physical survival was impossible.

And in today's civilized world, people still strive to stick together and get along with each other, despite the difficulties associated with this.

The specifics of family education are

---“multidimensionality” of family life,

The breadth and versatility of influences,

Conditions created by family members.

If they are created meaningfully and purposefully, they can become the basis for the comprehensive development of the individual.

I would really like to know your opinion on “What is a family”, because after a short period of time you will also become fathers and mothers, and you will turn on the lights in your windows.

Test "An unfinished sentence."

1. Family is...

2. My parents are...

3. The light in the windows of my house is...

4. Joy in my family is...

5. My family's grief is...

6. Far from my home, I will remember...

7. From the traditions of my family, I would like to take into my future family...

8. I wouldn’t want in my future family...

9. I believe that my parents’ deepest desire is...

Teacher: Well done boys!

Family is

Labor collective and moral support,

And the highest human affections (love, friendship),

And a space for relaxation, and a school of kindness,

And a diverse system of relationships with parents, brothers, sisters, relatives and friends, morals and tastes,

Manners and habits, worldview and beliefs,

Character and ideals...

The foundations of all this are laid in the family.

So family isa group of people consisting of parents, children, grandchildren and close relatives living together.

A group of relatives, friendly and united by common interests.

IN modern literature defined as:

"Small social group, based on love, marriage and family relationships; united by a common life and household management, legal and moral relations, the birth and upbringing of children"

The most important functions of the family are:

educational, household, economic,

social status, psychotherapeutic, reproductive,

sexual-erotic, spiritual communication, leisure.

In the life of a modern family, functions related to communication, mutual assistance, emotional relationships spouses, parents and children.

Requirements made by society for the family

1.Creating conditions for the comprehensive development of the individual.

2.Emotional support for elderly parents.

3. Raising children and adolescents based on love and trust.

For a child, family is the place of his birth and formation.

In the family, the child receives the basics of knowledge about the world around him, and subsequently the culture itself.

Family is a certain moral and psychological climate, it is a school of relationships with people. In the family, the child’s ideas about good and evil, decency, and respect for material and spiritual values develop.

In family with close people he experiences feelings of love, friendship, duty, responsibility, justice.

In the family, the child is included in everything vital important species activities –

intellectual, cognitive, labor, social, gaming, creative and others.

Classroom teacher.

“My home is my castle,” says the English proverb.

It turns out that this wise saying has a deeper meaning than we previously thought. It’s difficult and uncomfortable in today’s world. Ideals are crumbling, powers are falling apart, monuments are falling from their pedestals... But there are values that remain eternal and unshakable, and the family belongs to them.

Family is a world where selflessness, devotion, and self-sacrifice reign. Family, home is a fortress that does not succumb to the unrest of the most turbulent times. This is a world where unselfishness, devotion, and self-sacrifice have been preserved and reign in people’s relationships. This Lifebuoy, which helps us not to drown in the ocean of chaos and lawlessness, with the help of which every evening we find ourselves in a calm and reliable harbor, where comfort, joy, and peace of mind reign.

What keeps our family fortress afloat and prevents it from collapsing in this fragile world? What is the most difficult thing in family life? Of course, this is everyday, prosaic life, quarrels, conflicts. Life is especially hectic in the family when children, growing up, begin to believe that they have the right to their own word and their own action. “Difficult” age... Do you know the best cure for family troubles?

Everyone laugh at them together or do a common activity.

Rules of life, the implementation of which leads to mutual understanding

1. Put other people's interests above your own.

2. Be devoted to your family, avoid the possibility of betraying them.

3. Be faithful and reliable.

4. When respecting other people, respect yourself.

5. Be tolerant of other people's points of view.

6. Treat people as equals.

7. Learn to empathize with others by putting yourself in their shoes.

8. Know how to forgive and don’t be offended.

9. Live in harmony with yourself and other people.

10. Show sensitivity.

11. Be confident and worthy of your home.

12. Be free from lies and deception.

13. Know how to control your desires and actions.

14. Persevere towards your goal, regardless of obstacles.

Home is a hearth. This is the beginning of all beginnings. It is important to maintain warmth in it so that it does not cool down, but remains in the memory and heart for life. He is remembered with warmth and tenderness. Many famous writers and poets in their works remember with great warmth and tenderness about home, about relatives who gave them the warmth of their souls, taught them to live and love everything that surrounds them.

“Keep the fire of your home

And don’t covet other people’s fires,”

Our ancestors lived by this law

And they bequeathed to us through the centuries:

“Keep the fire of your home hearth!”

We must try to ensure that the light in your home does not go out, so that you are proud of your family, take care of its honor, write down your family tree, looking at photographs of your relatives and friends. And then your family’s family tree will be forever green, with powerful roots and a lush crown. Then you will be constantly drawn to your home.

When people truly value, respect and love each other, their family has an interesting life together. They enjoy giving pleasure to their loved ones, giving them gifts, organizing holidays for them. Common joys gather everyone around the big table on the occasion of family celebrations: birthdays, name days, anniversaries. They have their own rituals for receiving guests, customs for congratulating relatives, and rituals for remembering people dear to them who have passed away. They are united by a set of spiritual values that characterize the level of family development and relationships between different generations. The structure of their family life constantly absorbs all the best from the surrounding life, but at the same time they create a unique world of their home. Some traditions were passed down to them from their parents, while others they create themselves. They understand perfectly well that observing traditions is the path to family unity.

What are the traditions?

Traditions:

  1. Gathering with the whole family at the parental home on holidays, as well as celebrating family holidays;
  2. Everyone sing and play musical instruments together;
  3. Invite guests and gather a feast;
  4. Collect and store family photographs;
  5. Store things that belonged to relatives as antiques and as a memory of family and friends.

Did you know that since ancient times in Rus' there was a tradition: representatives of one family were engaged in one type of activity. This is how dynasties of potters, military men, builders, teachers, etc. were born.

The class teacher invites the children to complete proverbs about family:

Where there is love and advice, there is grief... (no)

Where there is peace and harmony, there is no need and... (treasure)

The best treasure is when in the family... (lady)

Being a guest is good, but being at home is better)

In your house and the walls... (help)

There is discord in the family, and so is the house... (not happy)

Good brotherhood is better... (wealth)

The whole family is together... (so the soul is in place)

  1. Family is a stove: it’s so cold, everyone gathers near it.
  2. In the family there is love and advice, and there is no need.
  3. In a family where there is harmony, happiness does not forget the way.
  4. The whole family is together, and the soul is in place.
  5. A tree is held together by its roots, and a person is held together by its family.
  6. Hints and reproaches are family vices.
  7. A family is strong when there is only one roof over it.
  8. The family agrees that things are going great.
  9. Good children grow up in a good family.
  10. What is the treasure for if there is harmony in the family?
  11. Don't hide your failures from your parents.
  12. Harmony in the family is wealth.
  13. Being a guest is good, but being at home is better.
  14. It's warm in a friendly family even in the cold.
  15. There is discord in the family, and I’m not happy at home.
  16. It is not the stove that warms the house, but love and harmony.
  17. When the family is together, the soul is in the right place.

Classroom teacher:

Guys, do you think our class can be called a family?

(students: express their opinions).

Classroom teacher:

That's right, our class can be called a family. Of course, we are not relatives, but we see each other every day at school and in the yard, we learn something new together, we rejoice in victories together and are upset by failures. And I would like our class to become even friendlier and remain such a friendly family until graduation.

A modern song says:

Parental home - the beginning of the beginning,

You are in my life, a reliable pier.

Parents' house! Let it be for many years

There is a kind light burning in your windows.

I think you will agree with the justice of these words. What could be more important than a cozy home, where you will always be understood, supported, and sympathized with.

You and I are growing up in a family circle. The foundation is the parental home.

All your roots are in the family circle, And you enter life from the family.

In the family circle we create life, the basis of the foundation is the parental home.

It's raining continuously outside, but at home it's warm and light.

And you can calmly look at the brown showers through the glass.

Here you can hide from the heat, escape from the frosty day.

IN a good place dear - It just pulls me home.

In conclusion I would like to say that

the most precious thing in a person’s life is family. Our family is the closest people who will help you in difficult times and will rejoice at your successes more than anyone else in the world.

Remember, guys, no matter what century there is on Earth, there are indestructible values that we must protect. The first is our family. Take care of your loved ones, be attentive and caring. Our whole world takes place in the family, let it be colorful, interesting and bright.

I would like to remind you of the wonderful words: “A house is good where its inhabitants are good.”

I wish everyone mutual respect and harmony. Let each of your homes and our common big home be warm, sunny, and cozy.

Thanks to all!

Target : expand students' knowledge about human communication; using different shapes activities, show the importance of mutual understanding, cooperation, and teamwork.

Chalkboard design.

1. Epigraph: “He who thinks that he can do without others is greatly mistaken, but he who thinks that others cannot do without him is even more mistaken” (F. de La Rochefoucauld)

What does a person need to communicate? (to be filled out during class)

2. Drawings with conventional images various facial expressions.

Progress of the lesson.

For most of us, “communicating” is primarily about talking, talking and nothing more. Meanwhile, “communication” is a deeper concept. The famous philosopher L. Feuerbach defined the meaning of communication as follows: “Communication ennobles and elevates; in society, a person involuntarily, without any pretense, behaves differently than in solitude.” Is it really so important to be able to communicate in this day and age? What does a person need to proper communication? Is it possible to learn to communicate? Let's try to find out this during the class hour, which we will conduct in the form of a practical game “Kayaking in the Amazon.”

Game "Kayaking in the Amazon".

The teacher announces that he wants to organize a kayaking trip in the Amazon, recruits a team and invites the children to become participants in the trip. Each participant in the hike can take with him only one personal item, preferably necessary for the hike. The teacher hands over an object (pencil), says “please”, students take the object and take turns saying the phrase “I’m going on a hike and I’ll take with me...”. The teacher names those whom he would be happy to take with him on a hike, and those whom he doubts.

Naturally, children have a question: why did the teacher say that? The teacher explains that it is better to go on a hike with polite, attentive people. Therefore, he first of all wants to take those who, in response to his “please,” first said “thank you” and then named the item necessary for the hike. We turn to the question on the board, write down the words “politeness”, “attention to other people”

Going on a hike. Participants in the hike stand up as if in a kayak and pretend to be swimming (rowing with oars). The teacher informs them that serious challenges await them during the voyage, and they must be prepared to overcome them. The first test is a sharp bend in the river. Danger: the boat may capsize, and the water is full of piranhas and crocodiles! (swimming participants begin to row in concert, changing the course of the boat). The second test - the boat's helmsman is tired and asks to be replaced. The last member of the boat crew should take his place. (children change places, trying not to go over the edges of the boat). The third test - there is a waterfall ahead! Let's quickly row to the shore! (participants of the trip must quickly decide which way to row). Finally, the boat lands on the shore. On the shore, together with the teacher, the children analyze the progress of the journey, tell how easy or difficult it was to swim and overcome obstacles. The main thing for the teacher: to bring children to the conclusion that for successful work A team requires mutual understanding, mutual assistance, and respect. (write on the board) Continuation of the game. “Unexpected guests” - the expedition was noticed by local residents - natives and came to get acquainted. (since all the children in the class are already in the game, the role of a native can be either guests invited to the class hour, or invited children from another class, or temporarily someone then from the participants of the campaign). The team receives a task - to explain to the guests, find out where they can get fresh water and food? Since the natives do not understand the Russian language, they will have to communicate without words. You will also have to explain to the natives who you are, where you came from and where you are going. At the end of the fun “conversation,” the teacher leads the children to the conclusion that it is easier and more convenient to communicate using words and language. (write on the board)

Game over. Students take their places at the tables and turn to the note on the board “What does a person need to communicate?” The teacher encourages students to always remember these simple rules communication and learning to communicate.

Conclusion.

The teacher thanks the children for their active participation in the class hour, the game, and ends the class hour with the words of Pieron: “A child at the moment of birth is only a candidate for a person, but he cannot become one in isolation: he needs to learn to become a person in communication with people.”

A note on the board obtained during the “trip.”

What does a person need to communicate?

Politeness, good manners

Mutual understanding, mutual respect

Compromise, consistency

Language, speech

See your interlocutor's face

The interlocutor's facial expression is conducive to communication.

Until now, one of the priority forms of extracurricular educational work in school from grades 1 to 11, chosen by teachers and students, remains the classroom hour. This is an event that has various shapes and technology depending on the age, characteristics of students, teacher experience, as well as school conditions that promote self-education and self-realization of children.

At the same time, it must be remembered that class hour is not a lesson , but free creative communication between the teacher and his students, aimed at achieving the set goal.

To determine the topic of class hours , it is necessary to identify a range of topics and questions of interest from the wishes of students, and then draw up an educational program for the school year.

To do this, students, for example, can be offered several thematic areas in the form of a questionnaire, so that each student makes his own choice or offers something of his own. It is very important that there is a confidential psychological microclimate in the classroom, where children are not afraid to express their opinions or remain completely misunderstood. With this approach, the class teacher will be able to learn more about the problems that interest children, and not impose his point of view.

Naturally, in primary school, the teacher will have to push the children to formulate their point of view and identify the range of problems, but by the 5th grade the children will speak freely about what worries and interests them.

With a skillfully organized organization of educational work at school, high school students themselves will not only choose relevant topics for class hours, but also prepare for them, raising questions from which, in their opinion, they “have not grown up.”

After this, you can safely plan class hours for the entire school year, according to the selected thematic areas of educational work. They can be like this:

6 Class hour for high school students “The main thing is to get along with yourself”

The main thing is to get along with yourself

(classroom in the form of psychological training for high school students)

The main thing is to get along with yourself.

F.-M. Voltaire

Target:development of self-awareness of high school students, skills of self-analysis, reflection, activity, overcoming psychological barriers that interfere with full self-expression.

Preliminary preparation: development of notes, preparation of visual demonstration and handout materials, audio media.

Visual demonstration and handout materials: role hint list, sheets of A4 paper, board, markers, pencils, pastels, paints, a sponge for erasing notes on the board, audio aids, self-adhesive leaves, a silhouette of a jug cut from a sheet of Whatman paper, which is tinted yellow.

Number of participants: up to 20 people.

Progress of the training:

Part 1. Getting to know each other, warming up.

Exercise “Name and Image”. (slide 2)

The presenter invites the participants of the lesson to get to know each other, but in a not quite usual way; it is necessary to state your name and the image with which the participant himself associates it. For example: Natalya is a cloud.

Exercise “I am bodily.” (slide 3)

The presenter suggests continuing the acquaintance by defining oneself at the level of physicality, that is, participants are invited to draw a parallel between themselves and their body, some part of it, and justify their answer. For example: Igor - shoulder. You can rely on me, I am reliable, I can always lend a shoulder.

Exercise “Ladder of my roles.” (slide 4)

The presenter invites each training participant to keep track of who he is and what roles he “plays” in life. To do this, you need to look at the hint list, select the appropriate roles and determine for yourself which of them he is most comfortable in, and which ones cause some confusion and a feeling of discomfort. Then, within 3 minutes, you need to think about how each participant can present, using pantomime, the role in which he is currently most comfortable.

Hint list: person, man, woman, daughter, son, student, student, friend, girlfriend, buddy, acquaintance, nephew, niece, lover, sweetheart, leader, tyrant, victim, observer, passerby...

Then the participants present their most comfortable roles.

Reflectionfor the exercise (at the request of the participants).

Voicing by the leader the rules of work in the group: (slide 5)

Confidential communication style;

Communication based on the “here and now” principle;

Personification of a statement (on one’s own behalf);

Confidentiality of everything that happens in the group;

Inadmissibility of any assessments addressed to another: “I don’t like what I said... I think that... I didn’t work in class...”;

Active participation in all exercises;

Respect for the speaker, the principle of active listening.

Discussion of the rules and acceptance of them for the duration of the training.

Part 2. Main.

Leading. So we have decided what roles we play in life, but what prevents us from being successful and feeling comfortable in other roles? It is possible that one of the parables will tell us the answer to this question. (slide 6)

Open Opportunities

(Parable)

One night, an angel visited a man and told him about the great things that awaited him ahead: he would have the opportunity to gain wealth, earn a worthy position in society and marry a beautiful woman.

All his life the man waited for the promised miracles, but nothing happened, and in the end he died alone and in poverty, and he never gained respect. When he got to heaven, he met that angel at the gates of heaven and told him: “You deceived me, promised riches, respect from people and a beautiful wife. I waited my whole life, but it never happened...”

The angel was surprised: “Did I promise you all this? I talked about the opportunities you had, but you didn’t take advantage of them.”

The man furrowed his eyebrows and gritted his teeth: “You are a liar! I didn’t have any opportunities!”

Then the angel showed him episodes from his life.

“Do you remember once you had a risky idea, but you were afraid that it wouldn’t work, and that you weren’t able to implement it. You didn’t act, but a few years later another person came up with the same idea, and now he’s rich.”

“And there was another time when a big earthquake shook the city, many houses were destroyed, thousands of people were lying under the rubble, and you could have helped them get out of the rubble, but you were afraid of the looters, and then you thought that there were others who would do it's better than you, more professional. If you had no doubts, people would respect you for your help, because you could save human lives.”

“Well, one last thing. You remember that beautiful red-haired woman who you really liked, and even more, because she was not like anyone else you had seen over the years. However, even here you thought that such a woman would never want to marry you, ordinary person, getting married, you said to yourself: “Stop dreaming about what she is and what I am, beauty and the beast.”

The man remembered everything, nodded, and tears appeared in his eyes.

The angel continued: “Yes, my friend, this woman did not love you for your appearance, she would become your wife, with her you would be lucky enough to have many beautiful children, with her you would be truly happy all your life.”

Reflectionfeelings of training participants to the metaphor they heard.

The presenter pays special attention to why the person could not achieve what was possible.

Leading. Indeed, we often doubt our capabilities, missing a chance, but psychologists say that a person is prevented from achieving what he wants by his complexes. What are “complexes”, where do they come from in a person and how can he overcome them? This is exactly what we will talk about in the next part of our training.

Exercise "Associations". (slide 7)

The presenter invites the training participants to express their thoughts about what “discomfort” is. (All statements are recorded on the board.) Then the leader summarizes the group’s statements.

Leading. Today we will talk about how external influence environment affects our internal state, how a person’s internal state can influence the external environment, that is, how the external and internal are interconnected. Please raise your hand, those who are not familiar with the feeling of discomfort, who have never doubted themselves or their behavior? As you can see, there are few of us like that. What causes a person’s discomfort? (Options for answers from group members.)

Then the facilitator invites the training participants to divide into 3 subgroups and discuss by listening to audio recordings of their peers who experience a feeling of discomfort about one thing or another. Each group must determine what in this situation refers to external environment, what to inner sensations, establish a relationship between them and try to offer your own options for resolving the problem. (If the audience does not have experience in collective analysis of problem situations, then the whole group can work together to analyze one of the situations. It happens that the group works well enough, a space of trust has been built within the group and one of the participants is ready to offer their own situation. However, in this case, the leader it is necessary to warn others that they need to be tactful when formulating questions, not to make value judgments towards the applicant of the problem, construct statements from the position: “In such a situation, I would do... Perhaps it would help..., it helps me,” and also the presenter needs to provide support to the participant who has declared his problem.)

Possible situations.

1. Hello, my name is Irina, I am 16 years old.

I study in a small rural school, where everyone knows about everyone and, as they say, you can’t hide a sew in a bag. In our class we have a group of guys who are interested in such a youth movement as punk rock. There is one guy among them, I really like him, but I don’t know how to tell him about it, so that he understands. Friends say that you need to be more relaxed, more courageous and set a date with him yourself. But my mother, with whom I am very close, says that it is indecent for a girl to take the initiative herself. However, I would tell him, but I’m afraid that he will only laugh at me, because I’m not into punk rock, and my outfit is simple.

2. Hello, my name is Philip, I am 17 years old.

The fact is that I am short and I am very worried about this. In our company I am the shortest, even my friends make jokes about this and tease me. My father says that short stature is not a hindrance in life, but he himself is tall, and I look like my grandfather. After school, I plan to enter the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, since I would like to become a military man, but will my height be the reason for failures in the profession, since on a personal level it clearly does not help me.

3. Hello, my name is Angelina, I'm 16 years old.

I'm tired of the grayness that surrounds me. In our class everyone is just stupid, they are interested in rags, cosmetics, discos. I have no one to communicate with, but all I want is to find a soul mate. Our class teacher says that I have inflated self-esteem, pride will destroy me. Although I don’t consider myself special, I also have my own interests, hobbies, I write poetry, I’m interested in psychology, medicine, but I’m not interested in them, I want to leave school and go to medical school, maybe I’ll find friends there.

(Each subgroup presents its own vision of the situation: the problem and its solution.)

Reflectionto work with problematic situations at the request of the participants.

The presenter summarizes this part of the training, leading the audience to the fact that situations can be both external, related to the people around us, arising during interaction, and internal, which are related to an inadequate way of perceiving oneself.

Exercise “Jug of my inner world.” (slide 8)

Leading. Inner world a person can be represented as a jug. (On back side The board has already been pre-attached to a jug cut from a sheet of Whatman paper, which is tinted yellow.) What is in this jug: a person’s attitude towards himself; attitude towards the world around us, towards others, as well as those feelings and emotions that a person experiences in a given situation. All this is in constant interaction, and if a failure occurs at one of the levels, then this is reflected in all its other levels. I propose to fill this jug with what helps a person to be in harmony with himself and others, not to get hung up on difficulties, to be able to resolve them, and helps to enjoy life. Take a few self-adhesive pieces of paper and write what you consider necessary, perhaps these will be feelings, emotions, values, needs - whatever you want. Once you have filled out the pieces of paper, go to the board and stick them on the jug. (Time to complete the exercise is 5-7 minutes.)

Then the presenter announces the contents of the jug.

3rd part. Final.

Exercise “Flower fantasies”. (slide 9)

Leading. Well, now sit comfortably, try not to cross your arms and legs, put your hands on your knees or lower them along your body. Mentally walk through your body with your inner gaze, feel how it relaxes, heaviness appears in your legs, arms, gradually this heaviness is replaced by pleasant fatigue, your body is filled with energy, you feel lightness in your legs, arms, and head. Your breathing is calm, even, deep. Imagine yourself in a clearing among flowers. Here you can see any flowers nearby: from the most exotic and, perhaps, very finicky to care for, to the most ordinary, wild ones, pleasing to the human eye and not requiring excessive care from him. Take a closer look and choose the flower that you like best. Take a closer look at it: what kind of petals does it have, what stem does it have, does it have one flower or is it an inflorescence. Feel its aroma. Pay attention to what surrounds him. Try to remember this so that you can display it on a piece of paper later... Take a deep breath, exhale. On the count of three, you will open your eyes and find yourself in this room again. One two Three. Do not make sudden movements; you can move your neck, fingers, toes, or stretch.

Then the participants receive a sheet of A4 paper, paints, pencils, and pastels to draw the image of the flower that they saw in the clearing. Drawing takes place under calm, smooth music. (Time to work - 15 minutes.) Then all participants lay out their drawings in the center of the circle and, if desired, talk about their feelings during visualization and drawing.

Reflection.

The facilitator invites the training participants to conclude by expressing their feelings about today what I liked and remembered. It is possible that today’s interaction helped someone to discover and learn something new about themselves. He then thanks the training participants for their activity and trust.

My world

My world is wonderful, full of colors,

Spring, fun, beauty,

And the smell here is pleasantly sweet,

The flowers are fragrant in it.

And clouds are flying in the sky,

Brightly golden under the sun,

And like a haze, they quickly melt away,

Moving in the weak wind.

Walking a little further,

You will hear the water murmur,

And you will go out along a narrow path,

Suddenly there is a river in front of you.

She runs, purrs, plays

And everything sparkles in the sun,

and the stones on the way are washed away,

No one can resist her!

And at night the power comes differently:

In place of the sun is the moon,

Quietly bending around the stars,

She floats unshakably.

Silence comes,

Everyone went to bed a long time ago,

The earth is becoming deaf

And everything around is pitch black.

The whole world has fallen asleep and is fast asleep,

But there is one hope,

That the river will run quickly,

That the wind will fly wonderfully,

We live in the age of information technology, we spend a lot of time online searching for information, preparing for classes, or simply relaxing. We communicate with friends, participate in discussions, discuss news, leave comments, and post photos. It is very important to learn how to behave correctly on the Internet, know the rules of safety and ethical behavior. Today we will talk about this.

Main part

    Greetings. "Decipher your name."

For each letter of your name, choose a word that characterizes you. You are given only 2 minutes to think; it is enough to decipher 2-3 letters. Give the name and characteristics you came up with. (Student answers: Svetlana is active, hardworking...)

The cause of every third divorce in the world is social networks.
    2. Approximately fifteen percent of users use social networks to organize surveillance. This is mostly practiced by intelligence agencies.
    3. Among users of social networks, 37% publish uninteresting information about their personal lives.
    4. Research has established that being on social networks leads to an increase in the risk of suicide, since a person reduces his communication with others to a minimum and detaches himself from reality.
    5. According to statistics, the number of sexual crimes aimed at minors has increased by 26 times due to social networks.
    6. Every year, about 100 people lose their lives because of a message left on social networks, and this figure is increasing.
    7. Social services use not only intelligence services, but also various groups, including terrorist groups, to recruit their agents.
    8. Social media narrow a person’s horizons: he becomes dependent on empty and unnecessary messages.
    9. Excessive involvement in social networks, according to research, leads to decreased immunity, cardiovascular diseases and mental disharmony. Active, but not developing, thought processes, along with low mobility, contribute to the development of diseases of the endocrine system.
    10. Every fifth family in the world meets on social networks.

Virtual reality, like any space, undoubtedly has both advantages and disadvantages. The existence of cyber dangers is as undeniable as the benefits and pleasure of using Internet resources. The safety of users is monitored by government agencies, as well as employees of Internet services, site administrators, and moderators. However, new victims appear every day, most often due to a lack of security literacy.

Threats on the Internet.(Messages prepared by students as homework)

2.Internet addiction.(5 student)

The main 5 types of Internet addiction are:

1. Obsessive web surfing - endless travel on the World Wide Web, searching for information.

2. Addiction to virtual communication and virtual dating - large volumes of correspondence, constant participation in chats, web forums, redundancy of acquaintances and friends on the Internet.

3. Gaming addiction - obsessive hobby computer games over the network.

4. Obsessive financial need - online gambling, unnecessary purchases in online stores or constant participation in online auctions.

The simplest and most affordable way to solve an addiction is to acquire another addiction. Love to healthy image life, communication with wildlife, travel around native land, creative applied hobbies, and sports, as a rule, lead a person out of addiction.

2. The teacher's word.
Today's class is dedicated to family. Family is not just relatives living nearby. These are close people who are united by feelings, interests, ideals, and attitudes to life. Family is support and support, one of the main values in a person’s life. Family is our wealth.
Family. Quite often we hear or pronounce this word, but how often do we think about what it means?
Now I suggest you analyze what you mean by the concept of family. You will do this in groups. And I will offer you two types of work. You, having divided responsibilities, will have to complete both tasks. And not just execute, but also present your creations.

Task one- You will need to create a poster illustrating your idea of what a family is and family relationships. The pictures that you will find in the envelope, felt-tip pens, and glue will help you create a poster.
Task two– cinquain on the theme “Family”. If you have forgotten or don’t know how to compose a syncwine, then each group on the table has a diagram for compiling a syncwine with an example.

Rules for composing syncwine (for children at their desks):
Line 1 – one noun expressing the main theme of the syncwine.
Line 2 – two adjectives expressing the main idea.
Line 3 – three verbs describing actions within the topic.
Line 4 is a phrase that carries a certain meaning.
Line 5 – conclusion in the form of a noun (association with the first word).
Example:

Life.
Active, stormy.
Educates, develops, teaches.
Gives you the opportunity to realize yourself
Art.

3. Children's work.
While the children are working, you can turn on calm, unobtrusive music. It will help create a warm atmosphere.

4. Presentation of works by children.
This stage acts as a kind of reflection. After all, the children here will tell you exactly what they were thinking about and what conclusions they came to.

5. The teacher's word.
Guys, now we just have to summarize what the concept of “family” consists of. And if you look at your posters, turn to your syncwines, it turns out that
Family is happiness, love and luck,
Family means trips to the country in the summer.
Family is a holiday, family dates,
Gifts, shopping, pleasant spending.
The birth of children, the first step, the first babble,
Dreams of good things, excitement and trepidation.
Family is work, caring for each other,
Family means a lot of housework.
Family is important!
Family is difficult!
But it is impossible to live happily alone!

Leading:
All your roots are in the family circle,
And you come into life from family.
In the family circle we create life,
The basis of the foundations is the parental home.

Song "Parent's House"

Leading- We will find out in the next competition whether our children understand the problems of their parents, and whether the parents understand the problems of their children.
-Children's teams are invited to compose family budget for a month at the rate of 20,000 rubles (children must remember all the necessary payments and list all necessary purchases, including: groceries, manufactured goods, etc.)

Teacher: Of all human relationships, family is the oldest and greatest. Its basic laws - fidelity, love, raising children - serve as the most solid foundations of all human good. The word “family”, like the words “bread”, “water”, does not require decoding; it is absorbed by us from the first moments of life. Here she is next to each of us, in each of us, with her own unique spirit, appearance, style. A family is a husband and wife, a home, parents and children, grandparents. These are worries and joy, misfortunes and sorrows, these are habits and traditions, this is love.

Teacher: The next page is called “My Genealogy”.

Now we will go back in time. Every person needs to know and honor their ancestors. This is a tribute of gratitude, a tribute of memory. You see excellent pedigrees on the stand. Your ancestors, your roots – your ancestry. Parents and you are part, and top part, a wonderful family tree. In the future, you will become the founders of new branches, and your grandchildren will be proud of ancestors like you.

Teacher: For cheerful spring branches
Roots are more than relatives...
Take care of the elderly
From insults, cold, fire...
They have years of hard work and battles behind them...
But old age does not have the same strength.
Take care of old people
After all, without them there would be no you!

The song “That's what a grandmother is!” Words by I. Chernitskaya,

music by T. Popatenko

Teacher: Let's remember our ancestors kind words and light these little candles in their memory! They will become an invisible thread connecting the past and today.

We are growing together as a family
The basis of the foundations is the parental home!
All your roots are in the family circle!
And you leave your family in life!

We get to the page “My family is my wealth”

Peter: Starting a family is not easy, and maintaining it is even more difficult. Troubles and joys happen in every family, and we do not always manage to overcome them with dignity; we lack worldly wisdom. Until the beginning of the 20th century, the family consisted of more than one generation (it is no coincidence that the word was formed: “seven” and “I”). There were grandfathers, grandmothers, mother, father, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren. They lived together and helped each other. The families were large and strong. “My home is my fortress”, “My family is my wealth” - I consider these expressions correct because every person should have a home where they are expected, understood, accepted as they are, a place where they are warm and cosy. And family creates warmth and comfort for us.

Where does any family begin?

From the meeting of two previously strangers who become the closest and dearest. Before this meeting, your fathers and mothers had their own families in which they grew up. Their moms and dads have now become your grandparents. They also had their own parents, brothers, sisters. These are your great-grandparents.

So what is “family”?

(students' answers)

MOTHER, DAD, BROTHER, SISTER, GRANDMOTHER, GRANDFATHER is…….(FAMILY)

Family is the most important thing in life for each of us. Family is those people whom we love, from whom we take example, whom we care about, and whom we wish well. It is in the family that we learn love, responsibility, care and respect. Family is the most important thing in life for each of us. Family is close and dear people living together.

Held competition – “A good proverb speaks in time”. For 3 minutes, students take turns calling out the proverbs they found:

Harmony and harmony are the first happiness in a family.
What is a treasure for when there is harmony in the family?
Your family is your most faithful friends.
The way our parents lived is the way they told us to live.
A Russian person cannot live without relatives.
With children there is a home of soda, without children there is emptiness.
The family is strong together.
Your parents give you a name, you gain fame yourself, etc.

Song by A. Varum “My family is my wealth”

Teacher:- A family is a complex organism, and it’s not for nothing that it’s called the “seven selves.” After all, in a family, each of us has many incarnations. What are the responsibilities of the wife and what are the husband? (children's answers)

For all peoples, in all cultures and religions, the purpose of the family is the same. Families have changed over time, but their purpose has not. Tell me, guys, why do we need a family?

What are its functions?

(Students' answers: There are three functions of the family.

Economic - educational - psychological.

Household: a range of household duties around the house.

Educational: raising children.

Psychological: creating coziness, comfort, a calm environment in which a person can relax

We thank parents for their help in class and school affairs.

Teacher: Our holiday has come to an end. Today I would like to thank everyone who took part in the creation of the projects. Thank you very much for the smiles and your active participation in the holiday. I wish that peace, tranquility, goodness and prosperity reign in your families. Despite the difference and meaning of our last names, take care of each other and take care of each other. Don’t forget that peace and comfort in the family is a real treasure.
