used almost everywhere where gas equipment is installed, namely in devices running on flammable or inert gas. The most common is the gas cylinder reducer. It is popularly called "frog". Particularly in demand among owners autonomous heating, for which connection to a centralized gas supply is impossible for one reason or another. Connecting directly without a “frog” can lead to disastrous consequences. This is especially true for cylinders with compressed gas, which is under a pressure of 250 bar. The cost of a gearbox for a gas tank can be ten times less than the cost of eliminating the consequences of a possible disaster. Motorists whose cars are equipped with gas equipment are also familiar with gearboxes. Liquefied or compressed gas in a car mechanism passes through a propane-butane/methane mixture reducer, and only then enters the carburetor/injector. In industry, such a reducer is used in places of transition from large gas pipelines to local networks. It is in such cases that a significant reduction in pressure is needed. Gearboxes are classified according to: . bandwidth; . inlet gas pressure; . working pressure; . mass. Moreover, all types have a fundamentally similar structure. They differ only in the dimensions of their parts and structural details. "TD Leader" offers high-quality gas reducers for gas tanks different types. Each product has a quality certificate and a reasonable price. Pressure regulators GOK- This modern equipment for reducing the pressure of liquefied gas, which is produced in Germany from high-quality components and materials.

Gas pressure regulators used in systems are most widely used in Russia autonomous gasification private houses: these are second-stage regulators for systems with spaced reduction and two-stage GOK pressure regulators with a capacity of 12 and 24 kg/h for a gas tank.

Gas pressure regulators for gas tank GOK

Gas pressure regulator GOK BHK/K EFV with maximum safety level

In autonomous gas supply systems for private homes, two-stage pressure regulators, which are a combination of first and second stage pressure regulators, are most widely used. These GOK gas reducers are designed to reduce the high pressure of the LPG vapor phase taken from the gas tank and maintain a low outlet pressure within specified limits. GOK gas pressure regulators provide reliable reduction, stable output pressure and uninterrupted gas supply even in the most severe frosts.

Regulator GOK BHK/K EFV

IN gas pressure regulator GOK BHK/K EFV built-in safety relief valve (PSV), releasing the output pressure when it increases as a result of heating the gas pipeline or a gearbox malfunction, and combined safety shut-off valve (SSV), triggered by an emergency increase (OPSO) or decrease (UPSO) in pressure. This type of regulator provides the maximum level of safety for an autonomous gas supply system.

GOK 052- these are those unpretentious “red gearboxes” for a gas tank that work stably in any frost. The regulator with a capacity of 12 kg/h only has a PSK built-in, and the version with a gas flow rate of up to 24 kg/h, in addition to the PSK, has a built-in over-pressure shut-off valve (OPSO).

The EUROBALLON company offers gas reducers GOK on favorable terms. We present high quality products, which is manufactured in accordance with international standards. The German brand GOK has established itself as reliable manufacturer technology automatic regulation for liquefied gas. Our products have a long service life, are reliable and absolutely safe.

Purpose of gas reducers

A gas reducer is equipment that serves to control the gas pressure at the outlet of the cylinder. In some cases it can be used to reduce the pressure inside the tank. Without it, the gas consumption when opening the cylinder will be too high, and this can also lead to its leakage.

This type of equipment is used in various fields. At enterprises, gearboxes are necessary for autogenous work. They are also used in the construction industry and in everyday life for gas stoves.

With the help of GOK reducers, stable pressure is maintained at the outlet of the tank, regardless of its temperature. This way, the load on gas supply devices is prevented.

Assortment presented

The following models of GOK gearboxes are presented in the catalog of our store:

  • Adjustable (25-50 mbar). This instance is connected to a cylinder with a European standard valve, and there is no need for an additional adapter. Most often it is used for such gas installations, like a stove, heater, water heater, generator, etc. The advantages of this model include simple design, affordable price And high quality. Special attention is paid to the fact that the equipment is completely safe and can operate under low temperatures;
  • EN 61-DS with outlet pressure 30 mbar. It is equipped with a pressure relief device. This eliminates unacceptable pressure on the device to which the gearbox is connected;
  • Reducer for cylinders 37 mbar. This model is designed to reduce high pressure in a cylinder up to 37 mbar. It is more appropriate to use it for gas devices power 14 kW and less. It is perfect for gas stoves, water heaters and other equipment;
  • Reducer with two outputs 50 mbar. It is designed to reduce pressure up to 50 mbar. The peculiarity of this model is that it has two outputs. Each of them has a valve. A gearbox with two outputs is used in various fields of activity, for example, to connect two gas appliances at home or in a cafe. It is used for gas convectors and refrigerators, as well as for other equipment with a consumer power of 4 kW.

The cost of a GOK gearbox depends on its design, type and technical parameters. Our company offers a decent choice gas equipment, so find suitable model it won't be difficult. To place an order, just contact our manager, or move the order to the cart.

GOK equipment for gas pressure reduction

GOK gas pressure regulators, also called gas reducers, are used to reduce the high pressure under which liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) vapors are supplied from cylinders or gas tanks to a pressure acceptable for the operation of gas stoves, boilers, fireplaces, water heaters and other gas appliances.

The list of gas reducers manufactured by GOK includes first and second stage pressure regulators, two-stage reducers for gas tanks, as well as household gearboxes, used independently, to connect a liquefied petroleum gas cylinder directly to household appliances, and as part of gas cylinder installations.

The gas pressure from the cylinders is reduced to low using single-stage GOK regulators. Gas reducers for both steel and composite cylinders are supplied to Russia.

The pressure reduction of gas vapors taken from gas tanks occurs in two stages. At first high pressure drops to an average level of 0.5-2.5 bar, and then to a low level, usually 37 or 50 mbar. This is done either by one two-stage gearbox, or using two gearboxes - the first and second stages.

Two-stage reducers are used where the distance from the gas source to the end user is relatively small. The spaced pressure reduction method is used in long and branched networks with high gas consumption. This is due to the fact that the throughput of the pipe directly depends on the pressure and its length, and when installing a two-stage reducer on a gas tank, such networks would have to be created from large cross-section pipes. When using spaced-apart reducers, the first-stage pressure regulator is connected to the LPG tank, and the second-stage reducer is installed next to the consumer. Thus, gas is transported through the pipeline not at low pressure, but at medium pressure.

Safety valves in GOK gearboxes

GOK gas reducers use safety relief valves (PSVs) and safety valves. shut-off valves(PZK). They protect equipment from overpressure gas The relief valve releases gas out of the gas pipeline until the pressure drops to normal, and the shut-off valve stops or limits the flow of gas from the cylinder or gas holder.

The shut-off valve does not always have time to quickly react to a sudden surge in pressure, and the disadvantage relief valve is that when it is triggered, gas is released into the atmosphere. If the amount of gas released is small, this does not cause problems, but if a large foreign particle enters the regulator pressure relief valve or is damaged, the release of gas can be significant. Gas reducer equipped safety valves both types are devoid of these disadvantages.

GOK also produces equipment for gas cylinder installations - systems of two or more liquefied gas cylinders that provide long-term and uninterrupted autonomous gas supply. The basic principle of the GOK gas cylinder installation is to use two so-called arms - the main one and the backup one. When the gas in the main arm cylinders runs out, the system switches to the reserve one. After that empty cylinders can be disconnected and replaced with refilled ones. So the main leverage becomes the reserve one, and the reserve one becomes the main one.

The main difficulty in implementing this principle is to switch arms without interruptions in gas supply and pressure surges, which can cause malfunctions in the devices connected to it, or even completely destroy them. For this purpose, a special switching valve (valve) and a gas pressure regulator equipped with a PSC are used.

The changeover valve can be manual or automatic. The automatic valve itself switches the gas selection to the reserve arm when the pressure drops generally below the set threshold, but when using a manual valve, you need to monitor this yourself. The gas pressure regulator included in the GOK gas cylinder installation automatically maintains a stable low pressure at the outlet of the system, regardless of gas flow, fluctuations in inlet pressure and temperature. This ensures continuous gas supply with constant parameters.

The GOK gas cylinder installation can include from two to ten cylinders - 5 in each arm. Cylinders can be connected either by flexible hoses or by a manifold made of metal pipes. The GOK product range includes various connectors, hoses, elbows, tees and other components that allow you to create a cylinder system of the desired configuration.
