Cooking process:

We cut Chinese cabbage.


Slice the chilled crab sticks slightly diagonally.


Squeeze out excess liquid from the Korean-style carrots so that the salad does not “float” in the future and cut into smaller pieces with a sharp knife.


Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater. To make this more convenient, put a piece of cheese in the freezer for about twenty minutes, and when grating, move only in one direction - from top to bottom. This way the cheese will be grated and not spread on the grater.


Pass one or two cloves of garlic (depending on the spiciness of your Korean carrots and personal preferences) through a press or finely chop – whichever is more convenient for you.


Rinse the greens under the tap with cold water, pat dry with cotton or paper towel and chop finely.


Add mayonnaise. It is better to choose one whose fat content is above 60%.


Mix everything well and put it in the refrigerator to brew for at least half an hour.


A few minutes before serving, add croutons to the salad and mix all ingredients well. The crackers should soften a little, but not become soggy. Leave a few for decoration.


Serve the salad in portions, garnished with herbs. Place a few crackers on top.
