  • 150 g crab sticks
  • 1 Chinese cabbage
  • 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise
  • salt to taste

Preparation

1. Buy Chinese cabbage that is light green in color, since dark green heads are already considered slightly overripe, and they taste more dense. Rinse the head of cabbage, thoroughly rinsing it even inside under the leaves. Using a knife, cut from the top into round slices. Pour the slices into a deep container and fluff it with your hands.

2. Be sure to defrost the crab sticks! You can do this for 30 minutes at room temperature or place for 5-8 minutes in warm water. Peel off the cellophane shell and cut into disks about 1 cm wide. Add to the container with the cabbage.

3. Add the canned corn, after draining the marinade.

4. Peel chicken eggs and rinse. Cut in half, then cut into half slices and add to the container. There is no need to finely chop this ingredient.
