It must be said right away that our discs are a little stale, covered with dust and dirt, so first we take a damp sponge and remove the main dirt. In those places where it was not possible to cover the rubber with newspaper, you can seal them with a separate piece of tape. You also need to seal the joint of the newspaper. Where it is not stretched, you should also stick several layers of tape.

Peel off the newspaper and leave the old tape. Take a piece of sandpaper P1000, moistened with water in advance, and wash the disc. We will not use a block, because in some places it will be difficult for them to get close. We will focus on development.

The process may reveal old paint. Cleaning should be kept to a minimum. The main thing is to remove small pores. This is very important, because we will be applying spray paint, which has low coverage. We will not apply a thick layer of paint; all chips will be visible. That's why we took P1000. In this way you need to go through all the disks. You will also need to go through the central holes. First you need to wash the edges of the holes, and then the edges.




After the discs are washed, you need to spray them with a stream of water to wash away any remaining soil. Then we place them with the valve up, at an angle, against the wall so that the water drains from them. WITH reverse side You can also spray the disc with water. Then wash off the remaining soil with water again from the back side and leave to dry.

While they dry, you can take the caps and carefully wash them. After this, we also leave them to dry.


Using a nail, you need to make a small hole in the can (you need to do this process very carefully), when all the air is out, we will punch two holes and pour the paint into the gun. The main thing is not to shake the can, otherwise a stream of paint will come out. The can needs to sit for a couple of hours.

Discs for painting need to be pasted over in the same way as we pasted them over for applying primer. If the tape has come off somewhere, it needs to be re-glued.

Painting must be done in a respirator. We will paint it gold. You need to apply the paint in several layers, in the process we had to touch up the areas that were poorly covered with it.
