STEP 1: Any construction begins with a plan. You can make a drawing manually or using programs. Then calculate the amount of material and purchase everything.

STEP 2: Initially prepared the area for the gazebo, leveled it and dug holes for the posts. Using a grinder (angle grinder), I cut the profile pipe into the parts I needed. I welded the frame, then welded the main posts to the frame. At this stage, the main thing is to take into account that the length of the posts is 30 cm longer. They will be buried and concreted in the ground. All welding seams must be cleaned with a grinder. At each stage, I checked the location of the parts with a level and secured them together with clamps.

STEP 3: When installing the roof, I needed a stepladder. The frame was made according to the drawing.

STEP 4: The finished frame of the gazebo was raised onto bricks and the entire structure was treated with primer to prevent rust.

STEP 6: The corrugated sheeting was fixed with self-tapping screws. The upper joint on the roof was covered with an angle of corrugated sheeting, also secured with self-tapping screws in several places.

STEP 7: Upper part The sidewalls were covered with PVC mesh. I chose a more durable option, suitable for garden fences. This part of the gazebo can be covered with wooden sheathing or camouflage netting.

STEP 3: They decided to make the gazebo in the style of the tent of an eastern queen, so curtains were needed. Bought for them light fabric a reaper with an interesting pattern to match the greenery and gazebo. The curtains are attached to a thick fishing line, which is threaded through the drawstring. 1. Site preparation and marking. As always, you first need to clear the space of weeds and other growths. It is also worth removing the turf and, if necessary, leveling the soil.

2. Preparation for installation of pillars. Along the marked perimeter of the future gazebo we make wells for installation support posts. 3. Concreting the racks. We install pillars from a 50X50X2 mm pipe into the well and, using various spacers, align them along the lines of the walls, as well as strictly vertically. We fill the wells with installed racks with concrete.

At the same time, it is necessary to fill the well in the center of the gazebo with concrete. It will subsequently serve as a support when creating the floor.

4. Creation top harness. To stabilize the position of the pillars and tie them all together, you need to weld a 40X25X2 mm pipe at the top (at a height of 2 meters from the expected floor level) around the perimeter. This can be done overlay on the racks. Then you can use a grinder to level the height of the pillars to the level of the top trim.

5. Installation of rafters. The rafters will be made of pipe 50X50X2 mm. They can be made in 3 pieces on each of the two slopes - supported on vertical racks and an overhang of 200 mm above the wall. If the ridge is raised to a height of 50 cm above the level of the top trim, then the length of the rafters will be 1800 mm including the overhang.

6. Sheathing on the roof. For the sheathing we will use a 40X25X2 mm pipe. Purlins are made from it, which are spaced at intervals of 45 cm (one along the ridge, one at the very bottom of the overhang, and 3 pieces between them). On the side of both gables, it is advisable to extend the purlins 40 cm beyond the plane of the wall. That is, the length of each run will be 3800 mm. Such a rather impressive gable overhang will help protect the interior of the gazebo from the sun and rain.

7. Assembling the frame for the floor. To do this, a channel is welded along the perimeter of the gazebo at the bottom, so that both of its shelves look inside the gazebo. In the center of the gazebo we also make one load-bearing beam from a channel. To prevent it from sagging, we support it from the concrete column, which we poured along with concreting the racks.

8. Creating a fencing frame. At a level of 900-1000 mm from the expected floor height, we weld a 40X25X2 mm pipe between the pillars, leaving only one span free, which will be the entrance. This pipe will help to further secure the vertical posts together and will serve as the basis for installing the fence sheathing. Here, options with additional reinforcement of the fence are also possible, for example, you can add another thread from a pipe at a height of about 50 cm from the floor or weld on more diagonal bulkheads.

10. Sheathing the roof with corrugated sheets. The roof of the gazebo is made of corrugated sheets and sheathed with sheets 1850 mm long (they can be ordered in exactly this size so as not to cut anything to length). We recommend using corrugated sheeting grade C20 with a metal thickness of 0.5 mm.

Considering that the working width of C20 corrugated sheets is 1100 mm, 3.5 sheets will be used for each slope.

11. Making the floor. We assemble floors from edged boards 30X100 mm, which should be pre-treated with an antiseptic. We lay it inside the channel - tightly or with a small gap between the edges (so that water does not accumulate on the flooring). In total you will need about 15 boards 6 meters long.

12. Fencing. From the outside we sheathe the gazebo with pieced or sheet materials. Very often, when making such gazebos, people use corrugated sheets as fencing sheathing. For a structure with dimensions of 3x3 meters, you will need 10-11 sheets of type C20 or C8 (depending on the size entrance opening) about 1 meter high.
