Alarms belt. BELT solenoid valves
(Fig. 49.1 - Domino gas analyzer)
The problem of gas analysis certainly requires increased attention, because the tasks of safety and technological control are closely related to it. BELT devices, available on the market in a wide range, can effectively solve the problem.
BELT is a division of the Italian company "Bertoldo & C", established in 1987 and focused on the research, development and production of gas analyzers. Gas analytical equipment includes gas detectors, gas sensors for flammable, toxic and carbon monoxide gases. This equipment can operate both in security systems and in autonomous mode.
Gas analyzers BELT(Italy) guarantee high-quality monitoring of the air environment. When organizing fire protection at gasified facilities a group of companies "Terricom" uses company products "Bertoldo & C".
Domino gas analyzers, depending on the model, are designed to detect explosive concentrations flammable gases: liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) or methane (CH4). The alarm device implements constant monitoring of room air. If a preset limit is exceeded, a danger is signaled and a signal is sent to the safety solenoid valve - the gas supply is cut off.
The long service life of the device (15 years) is due to the replaceable module, the need for replacement of which will be notified by a special indicator. Multiple Domino gas analyzers can be interlocked with a solenoid valve.
Scacco gas analyzers, as well as Domino, are designed to detect dangerous concentrations of flammable gases: methane (CH4) or liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) - depending on the design. Alarms continuously monitor the indoor air environment. If the threshold is exceeded, a signal is sent to the shut-off valve and the gas supply is stopped. The service life of the device is 5 years - one sensor is used for the entire period
Operating principle of Domino and Scacco gas analyzers: catalytic (thermochemical). Italian gas analyzers can be mounted on the wall of any room with gas equipment and gas pipeline.

Gas detector Scacco (Belt) stationary designed to detect elevated concentrations methane CH4 (Scacco B10-SC 01) And liquefied petroleum gas (Scacco B10-SC 02).
Alarm Scacco characterized high degree reliability and low power consumption. The impact-resistant ergonomic housing with IP42 protection degree meets all European standards and allows the installation of a gas detector Scacco on most mounting boxes. The alarm's built-in sound emitter provides a sound pressure of 85 dB, ensuring reliable notification in the event of a gas leak.
Thanks to the use of a catalytic sensor and modern circuitry, the gas detector Scacco goes into an alarm state only if there is an increased concentration of flammable gas in the atmosphere, guaranteeing high selectivity to other substances in the air.
Gas detector Scacco equipped with a built-in electromagnetic relay, which allows connecting external actuators (solenoid valves, sound and light signaling etc.).
The alarm threshold set at the manufacturer is 10% of the LEL.
Scope of application of the Scacco (Belt) signaling device- industrial premises, boiler rooms, administrative and residential sectors.

W.P.D. (Belt)flammable gas alarm or carbon monoxide
Purpose of the WPD (Belt) signaling deviceGas detector WPD (Belt) stationary designed for continuous monitoring of pre-explosive concentrations of methane (CH4), liquefied petroleum gas, hydrogen (H2), gasoline vapors or maximum permissible concentrations of carbon monoxide in the air, as well as signaling that a set threshold is exceeded and generating an electrical signal to control external actuators (if equipped built-in relay). Gas detectors WPD (Belt) are monoblock, single-channel, automatic devices continuous action with diffusion sampling. Scope of application of WPD (Belt) signaling devices - wide temperature Range, extensive the lineup and the ability to change the alarm threshold allow the use of alarms W.P.D. as in industrial boiler houses and chemical laboratories, and in underground parking lots, garages and the domestic sector. Gas sensors WPD (Belt) designed for operation in continuous monitoring systems of flammable gases and carbon monoxide. Alarms W.P.D. have an analogue output of 4-12-20 mA, corresponding to the concentration of the controlled gas as air-pre-alarm-alarm. WPD signaling devices work in conjunction with control units UNIKA, MODULA, ASTRA, WP/DIN, as well as with any imported and domestic blocks controls with a threshold analog input of 4-12-20 mA. Application in WPD signaling devices catalytic or electrochemical sensor in combination with an interference-resistant device electronic control ensures high efficiency WPD alarm to identify interfering gases that cause false alarms and guarantees increased measurement accuracy. The use of a replaceable MOS sensor (for combustible gases) or CA3 (for carbon monoxide) allows you to quickly replace an expired or failed sensor and extend its service life WPD alarm up to 12 years old. Alarm modifications WPD (Belt)
Supply voltage 12 or 24 V, as well as a built-in relay (mod. BR), light and sound alarms allow the WPD B20-WPD12BR and WPD B20-WPD24BR sensors to be used as independent gas detectors. The presence of a built-in relay (mod. BR) allows you to easily coordinate sensor data with automated process control systems and any control units that have a discrete input, as well as connect external actuators directly to the sensor (solenoid valves, sound and light alarms, etc.). Sensor power range WPD B20-WPD24L/C3 And WPD B20-WPD24BR/C3 for carbon monoxide (CO) 10-30 V allows the use of sensors in both 12V and 24V circuits. Technical characteristics of the alarm WPD (Belt)
Gas detectors WPD (Belt) should be installed in places where gas leaks are most likely, protected from mechanical influences and atmospheric precipitation no closer than 1 meter from the heat source, natural and forced ventilation. According to the requirements of regulatory documents, the number of required sensors in the gas pollution system is calculated based on the formula - 1 sensor per 100 m2 for flammable gases (methane, liquefied gas) and 1 sensor per 200 m2 for carbon monoxide, but not less than 1 sensor per room . Alarms W.P.D. for flammable gas are installed in the upper part of the room, above places of possible gas leakage in places convenient for maintenance. Alarms W.P.D. for carbon monoxide (CO) must be installed at a height of about 150 cm from the floor. Gas detectors WPD B20-WPD24BR/C3 are suitable for monitoring carbon monoxide (CO) content in parking lots. Gas alarms WPD B20-WPD24BR/C3 are equipped with light and sound alarms and a removable electrochemical sensor. Also, the WPD B20-WPD24BR/C3 sensors have an analog output signal 4-12-20 mA (3-wire circuit) and a discrete output signal (optical relays), which allows them to be used with almost any security and fire alarm devices.
