Measuring complex sg tk d 25 passport. Measuring complex sg-tk-d

SG-TK complexes, modifications SG-TK-T (based on turbine gas meters TRZ, SG), SG-TK-R (based on rotary gas meters RVG, RABO) and SG-TK-D (based on diaphragm gas meters VK ), are designed to measure volume natural gas according to GOST 5542 and other non-aggressive, dry and purified, single- and multi-component gases in units of volume (quantity) reduced to standard conditions through automatic electronic correction of turbine (TRZ, SG), rotary (RVG, RABO), diaphragm (VK) meters gas by temperature and at fixed values of pressure and gas compressibility coefficient.

For the SG-TK-D complexes, a measurement technique has been developed (Certificate of Certification of the Measurement Methodology No. 181-560-01.00270-2013) in accordance with which the relative expanded uncertainty of the SG-TK complex based on the VK gas meter with temperature correctors TS215 and TS220 does not exceed ±3%, which meets the requirements of GOST R 8.741-2011.

Measuring complex SG-TK-D-40

The SG-TK-D-40 measuring complex takes into account natural gas consumption per industrial production and in commercial utilities.

The SG-TK complex operates on the basis of an electronic temperature corrector TS 220 and a VK diaphragm gas meter. The corrector brings the meter readings to normal conditions. The complex also includes a metering device designed for the expected highest gas consumption. If consumption is less than 40 m3/h, then BK G25 is used.

Temperature corrector TS220 from the company PromGazVolga TS-220 can work in tandem with the BK G25 meter. To do this, a mounting kit is placed on the input tube of the metering device.

It includes:

  • temperature sensor sleeve (the corrector is placed in it, its position is fixed with a locking screw);
  • union fastening nut for connection to the metering device.

On the other side, the installation kit is connected to the pipeline. The pulse generator IN-Z31 is attached to the reporting device of the meter using a clamp. It transmits pulses to the corrector input via a special cable. The higher the consumption, the more impulses.

What work does SG-TK-D-40 perform?

1. Thanks to the presence of an optical input, the device allows you to read and program information from the corrector.

2. On the screen you can see:

SHORT DESCRIPTION

Measuring systems of the SG-TK-D types for measuring gas consumption are used in tasks requiring accurate readings of consumed natural (or other non-aggressive) gas. Typically these are commercial utilities and industrial systems. Thanks to the presence of a thermal corrector, the gas meter readings are updated taking into account the ambient temperature.

The SG-TK-D measuring complex consists of an electronic temperature corrector for gas volume TS220 and a diaphragm gas meter BK (VK). Depending on the planned flow rate, the kit includes a meter for the corresponding maximum flow rate.

The principle of operation of the complex is to simultaneously calculate the gas flow passing through the meter, taking into account automatic temperature correction based on the calculation by the TC220 corrector of the true flow reduced to standard conditions, using the values of temperature, pressure and gas compressibility coefficient.

Measuring complex SG-TK-D-25 based on the BK G16 meter with a temperature corrector TC 220 manufactured by ELSTER Gaselectronics LLC. The purpose of this complex is to control and record the consumed natural or other gas that can be used. Application - obtaining more accurate data on gas consumption.

Measuring complex SG-TK-D-25

The SG-TK-D-25 measuring complex is used to calculate the consumption of natural or any other non-aggressive gas. His data is different high accuracy. Therefore, the complex is in demand, as a rule, for industrial enterprises and in commercial services serving residential buildings and public buildings.

SG-TK-D-25 is equipped with a temperature corrector, which allows you to eliminate measurement inaccuracies associated with air temperature.

The SG-TK-D complex includes:

VK - diaphragm gas meter; Temperature corrector TS 220 - PromGazVolga

TS220 - gas volume temperature corrector (electronic).

The complex also has a meter designed for the highest gas consumption expected in the future. For example, if, according to calculations, gas consumption will be less than 25 m3/h, then the BK G16 meter is used.

The complex contains modules for transmitting data from the temperature corrector to the control center of the BPEK series.

Using the SODEC program, you can take readings from proofreaders - automatically. And if there are few correctors, then using the same program, you can take readings from each device separately.

The complex has an optical local access interface and a digital interface remote access. The SG-TK complex provides the ability to operate from an external power source, so it can be used in commercial accounting systems that operate automatically.

The operating principle of the SG-TK complex: simultaneous measurement of temperature and volume of gas passing through the metering device. Then the temperature correction is taken into account (automatically), and the gas is brought to the conditions taken as the initial ones.

SG-TK is performed in 2Xoptions:

1. A corrector and a temperature sensor are mounted on the BK G16 meter.

2. The temperature sensor is installed on the inlet or outlet short tube of the gas meter, and the corrector is mounted on the wall.
