Decorative plastic beehives and recommendations for their manufacture. Making decorative beehives for a summer cottage Make a craft beehive and bees

You may have already seen on the website work Svetlana Klimenko from Korenovsk. This time Svetlana shared with us her experience in making a hive with bees. And it will happen again plastic bottle who found wide application in design and decorating our gardens and vegetable gardens.

To make a hive, you will need a five-liter plastic bottle round shape and frame from a hanger. On bottle draw round hole and cut.

Attach the frame to the lid bottles and all this simple design paint with durable paint.

In order to be able to cover the roof with palm fiber, we reinforce it with vines.

Now comes the fun part! For this you need capsules in which rubber gloves are sold (you can also use a capsule from Kinder Surprise), threads of two colors, a stencil for the wings, an outline in gold and bronze colors, a crochet hook, a marker, scissors, a small screwdriver, a stationery knife and a pencil.

Crochet the capsules, alternating the color of the threads. Hide the ends. From a plastic bottle cut out the wings using a stencil and outline the veins for greater realism.

Use an awl to make holes in the blanks and attach the wings with small bolts. The wings can be positioned up or down.

You need to make small ponytails at the back. Small eyes can be bought at the store. The nose is a bead.

This bee has wings downwards - it has flown. The outline on the wings shines brilliantly in the sun!

This bee is in flight - its wings are pointing up. Then, use an awl to make holes in the abdomen and insert an unnecessary knitting needle. I think everyone has one in stock.

The roof is made of palm fibre, a raffia string that is used for staking plants and for decorative purposes. From this twine you need to weave a long braid, twist it in a spiral, starting from the top, and secure it with glue, such as “Dragon”.

Attach something in the form of a tassel on top of the same fiber and wrap it with several turns.. Your hive along with the bees is ready! All you have to do is choose a decent place in the garden!

In kindergarten they asked to make an outdoor craft for the veranda from waste materials. After scouring the Internet, we decided to make a hive with bees from plastic bottles.

What was found in the bins:

  • 6 liter plastic bottle
  • 2 plastic bottles of drinking yoghurt "Agusha"
  • 1 plastic bottle from Aktimelka
  • 2 "yolks" from kinder surprise
  • rope from an old jump rope
  • 2 plastic mineral water bottles

What was purchased:

  • spray can of yellow paint Kudo - 126 rubles
  • 3 brushes for whitewashing - 21 rubles

Tools:

  • stationery knife
  • permanent marker black
  • scissors
  • hot glue gun

In the hive bottle we cut out a door and 2 windows, as in the photo. Then we paint with a spray can and after drying we outline the edges of the windows and doors with a black marker. It turns out like this:

Window view. :) The “glasses” in the window are cut out. Only the “frame” elements are left, which are painted black.

And this is the door:

We also paint the “bees” with a spray can and after drying, paint black rings. We finish drawing the eyes and smile. The bees' "butt" should be black - it's more beautiful (not visible in the photo).

We unravel 3 whitewash brushes into fibers, then tie them and put them on the hive - we get a thatched roof. Do not forget to first tie a rope to the hive by the neck of the bottle if you want to hang it. We glue the thatched roof to the hive using a heat gun.

Then we cut out wings for each “bee” from a transparent plastic mineral water bottle. Draw a pattern on the wings with a black marker. We make slits in the “bees”, insert the wings there and secure them with a heat gun. We attach the “bees” with a heat gun where you like: on the roof of the hive, inside it, on the walls, etc.

For originality and uniqueness of the entire composition, you can also make plastic decorative bees for the hive. To do this, you will need capsules from Kinder Surprise or from rubber gloves. Naturally, you will need:

  • threads of two colors;
  • contour “bronze” and “gold”;
  • stencil for wings;
  • marker, crochet hook;
  • scissors, awl, pencil, screwdriver.

The prepared capsules need to be crocheted, with the color of the threads alternating. Carefully remove the ends. Cut out wings from a plastic bottle using a stencil. Don’t forget to outline the veins, this will make it more realistic.

The next stage of making bees for the hive is making a hole in the blanks with an awl and attaching the wings with bolts, which can be positioned both up and down.

We make a small ponytail at the back. A bead will help make the nose, and buttons will help make the eyes. If the contour is perfectly drawn on the wings, then they shine very beautifully in the sun. Using an awl, you also need to make a hole in the bee’s abdomen and insert an unnecessary knitting needle there. That's all, now attach the bees to your hive. The job is done, all that remains is to choose the best perfect place for such a decorative and very attractive little thing in your garden!

Making crafts from plastic bottles with your own hands has become popular relatively recently, but you can already see colorful and unique figurines made from this material everywhere in courtyards and playgrounds in kindergartens.

Real craftsmen create stunning painted and skillfully designed compositions. A plastic bottle, previously thrown into a landfill, comes to life in the hands of a master. Flowers, animal figurines, and even toy cars and trains are made from bottles. We will make a hive and small bees.

Beehive for landscape design

We will need following materials to make this composition with your own hands:

  • plastic 5 liter container;
  • acrylic paints: black and yellow;
  • scissors;
  • bast.

Rinse the bottle well, soak the glue and label. If there is a ring to wear, cut it off. Degrease work surface detergent. This is necessary so that the paint lies evenly and does not roll off the walls of the bottle. Do not forget that our structure will be located on the street and exposed to rain and sun.

In the middle part of the bottle, cut out a rectangular or round door, as your imagination decides. Paint the future hive yellow acrylic paint. You should paint it twice, so there will be no gaps and the paint will lie more evenly. Use black paint to draw stripes on the hive, mark the windows and door.

Next you need to make the roof of the hive. It also needs to be made with your own hands from sponge. We will need a piece of sponge 30 cm long. Rinse it thoroughly, grease the neck of the bottle with glue and glue the “skirt”. If there is no sponge, you can replace it with available materials: straw, twine. In this case, glue the pieces of twine in several layers.

The roof can be treated with furniture varnish. Such a roof will withstand any bad weather. The finished hive should be screwed to the wood with self-tapping screws.

Bee decor

Now try to make with your own hands not only a hive from a plastic bottle, but also woolen bees. To make the bees we will need two or three capsules from the Kinder Surprise chocolate egg and a skein of thread. The materials you need to use are the same as in the first method with the addition of:

  • whitewash brushes;
  • skein of yellow wool yarn;
  • a small plastic mineral water bottle;
  • black marker.

It is good to degrease the capsules with detergent. Make slits in the surface of the capsules. Cover the entire surface with glue. Wool thread gently wrap around the entire surface of the capsule. Cut out two wings for our bee from a small plastic bottle.

Paint the wings with black acrylic paint. Let it dry and secure it in the slot on the back of our bee.

Using a black marker, draw stripes and eyes on the bees. It is advisable to coat the top with furniture varnish. Place the bees on knitting needles (knitting needles from an umbrella frame are allowed) and stick them into the roof of the hive. You can also make flowers from plastic bottles around the hive with your own hands or attach a loop to the roof from twine.

You can create it with your own hands beautiful crafts. Artificial bees will decorate personal plot and will look harmonious among the abundance of greenery in the country!

Original decor always brings zest to the interior, filling it with character and meaning. You don’t have to buy unusual and beautiful things (their price is usually high), but you can make them yourself.

A cute bee hive will be an excellent decoration for your kitchen or garden. It will fill the room with home comfort. To make a craft, no special skills are required and expensive materials. Most materials can be found at many housewives, and the rest will not be difficult to purchase.

To make it you will need:

Balloon;
a ball of twine;
PVA glue;
hot glue;
decorative bees, flowers, etc.

Inflate the balloon until required sizes. Use a marker to mark the location of the entrance to the hive. Coat the ball with PVA glue.

Turn by turn, carefully wind the twine. At the edges of the window (entrance to the hive), cut the thread and make the next row. When the entire ball is wrapped, we decorate the entrance to the hive and leave it until completely dry.

If all the threads have dried well, pierce the ball and remove it.

Using hot glue, we attach bees, flowers and other decor to the product. Attach a ring of wire on top and wrap it with twine. Now the evidence can be hung.

The inside of the evidence can be left empty or decorated. For example, place a padding polyester inside and cover it with a yellow flap. Don't forget to secure the material with hot glue. Another option is to place bees or flowers inside.

For decoration, you can use honeycombs cut from a piece of black leather. Coffee beans look good against the background of the twine. What decor you choose depends entirely on your imagination.

Bee evidence can serve not only as a home decoration, but also as an excellent craft for school and kindergarten. Its production will not take much time and effort, and the result is sure to be very impressive and attractive. Children can also take an active part in production, because all the stages are quite simple and understandable even to a child.
