Review of pyrolysis TT boilers "Bourgeois-K" and reviews from owners. Russian pyrolysis solid fuel boiler bourgeois k long burning bourgeois k standard 10 kW pyrolysis boiler

A pyrolysis boiler is a real godsend for those who live in private houses and dachas where there are frequent interruptions in the supply of gas and electricity. This unit is completely autonomous and does not require connection to either electrical or gas distribution networks. The device has already earned wide popularity and recognition due to the fact that it is optimally suited for working in the Russian climate.

The modern stove "Burzhuy-K" is essentially similar to the famous potbelly stoves of the beginning of the last century. Any fuel can be used as fuel for the furnace. solid fuel- firewood, coal, pellets and briquettes, depending on which fuel is more accessible and cheaper in your case.

But the operating principle of this device is fundamentally different from other solid fuel boilers. During the operation of the boiler, combustion products saturated with carbon monoxide, since the design provides for a system for their afterburning.

By design, the device is a one-piece unit consisting of a two-chamber firebox and a water circuit. Built-in temperature sensor allows precise installation temperature regime with an error of up to 3 degrees. One load of fuel is designed for 15 hours of operation of the device.

Solid fuel boiler "Burzhuy-K Standard-10" with a power of 10 kW, operating on the principle of pyrolysis combustion, is intended for heating residential and small production facilities with an area of up to 90 m2 (with a ceiling height of up to 3 meters), equipped with water heating systems with natural or forced circulation. Like all pyrolysis boilers“Burzhuy-K”, this model is characterized by the most efficient processes complete combustion fuel and heat transfer.

The Bourgeois-K Standard-10 boiler is an all-welded structure made of heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant steel, consisting of several combustion chambers. Primary air supply and gasification chamber (lower), gas afterburning chamber and secondary air heating and supply chamber (upper). Additional equipment is metal cladding boiler with a heat-resistant coating and an insulating basalt layer, providing high-quality thermal insulation of the boiler.

The process of wood gasification (pyrolysis) occurs in the lower chamber of the boiler (furnace or loading space) under the influence of heat and with limited air access. The resulting wood gas enters the upper afterburning chamber, where it mixes with the already preheated secondary air. The mixture of gas and air ignites and transfers the resulting heat to the boiler water through heat exchange surfaces. Thanks to this control of the combustion process, rapid heating of the boiler elements is achieved, which contribute to clean combustion at full or partial load. The pyrolysis method of solid fuel combustion and the special design of the combustion chambers ensure high boiler performance with low fuel consumption.

The main type of fuel for the Bourgeois-K Standard-10 boiler is firewood (wooden logs with a diameter of 40 to 100 mm, maximum permissible humidity 20%), lump peat and briquetted fuel. As an alternative, you can use coal with a calorific value of up to 6000 Kcal and a grain size of at least 40 mm. The type of wood and its moisture content have a decisive influence on the power, efficiency of the boiler and the fuel filling interval. To achieve the rated power, the maximum permissible wood moisture content should not exceed 20%. The period of continuous work on one tab is approximately 6-12 hours depending on technical parameters heating system, density, type and quality of fuel, as well as outside air temperature. Thus, it is possible to fire only a couple of times a day, which is a significant advantage of a pyrolysis boiler over a traditional one (direct combustion), while the consumption of firewood is reduced by at least a third.

The water used as a coolant must be clean and must have a pH value above 7.2 with minimal carbonate hardness. Instead of water, it is allowed to use special antifreeze for heating systems, but it must be taken into account that the power of the heating system will be significantly reduced.

The coolant temperature at the boiler outlet is adjusted using the included automatic draft regulator. Under the action of the chain tensioned by the regulator, the primary air supply control door will open as the temperature drops and close as soon as the water temperature begins to rise.

Combustion products in this pyrolysis boiler after cooling are removed due to natural draft. The smoke coming out consists mainly of one carbon dioxide and does not contain aggressive or harmful substances. In this case, ash is formed in much smaller quantities than in a direct combustion boiler, and there is no soot. All this reduces the frequency of cleaning and greatly simplifies the process.

The long-burning boiler "Bourgeois-K Standard-10" is independent of electricity and is quite easy to use.

Main features and advantages of the Bourgeois-K Standard-10 boiler:

  • Maximum thermal power: 10 kW
  • Constantly high efficiency: 82-92%
  • Pyrolysis fuel combustion
  • All boiler elements are made of heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant steel (wall thickness: at least 5 mm)
  • Full autonomy and energy independence
  • Special combustion chamber design
  • Effective work on almost any solid fuel
  • Economical fuel consumption

  • Reliability, safety and durability
  • Ease of operation and maintenance
  • Excellent combination of price and quality

Pyrolysis (gas generator) boilers are a good option for heating if you have cheap solid fuel at your disposal or other energy sources are simply not available. The equipment runs on wood, coal, peat briquettes, but unlike conventional TTs it has a higher efficiency - up to 92%. Exactly like this efficient systems Produced by TeploGarant.

The Burzhuy-K pyrolysis boiler has high performance due to the double use of fuel energy. In addition to the main combustion process, its design also allows the release of released gases, which are usually simply removed from the firebox through the chimney. They are burned in an additional chamber with a separate air supply. But the long-burning boiler “processes” the primary fuel under conditions of lack of oxygen. This makes firewood smolder slower, and gas generation is more efficient. Boiler productivity increases, as do the time intervals between fuel fills (up to 8 hours), and heating costs are reduced.

Many owners note in their reviews that a pyrolysis boiler produces a small amount of ash after burning wood and briquettes. That is, the maintenance of the equipment is simplified if its operation is configured correctly. But if the technology is violated, problems arise: a layer of tar and soot appears on the inner walls of the models, which is very difficult to remove. Why is this happening?

Installation Requirements

Judging by the reviews of owners and specialists, any pyrolysis boiler Burzhuy-K is demanding in terms of performance and correct connection chimney. It should be:

  • made of stainless steel;
  • insulated and sealed;
  • made without horizontal sections and with a minimum of turns;
  • be of sufficient length to rise above the roof by at least half a meter.

If all these requirements are not met, the boiler will quickly become overgrown with soot from the inside, or even simply will not be able to enter gas generation mode. That is, you will not get pyrolysis combustion, and Burzhuy-K will begin to work like a regular solid propellant. As a rule, it is failure to comply with installation requirements that leads to inefficiency in the heating system, excessive fuel consumption and other problems. Negative reviews appear, and owners think about buying other equipment.

The lineup

Having figured out how a pyrolysis boiler works, let’s move on to a review of Burzhuy-K devices. The entire range of equipment domestic manufacturer According to purpose, they can be divided into two groups:

  • Water heaters use their own double shell casing as a heat exchanger. Some models can be connected to an additional DHW circuit.
  • A pyrolysis air-heating boiler does not have a water jacket, and therefore physically cannot produce power exceeding 150 kW.

In turn, TeploGarant produces a line of domestic (up to 100 kW), industrial (up to 800 kW) and universal mobile boilers. They all differ from each other not only in performance, but also in the installation method. We will consider the characteristics of the most popular models from these series.

1. Burzhuy-K Standard.

A family of compact and inexpensive floor standing boilers for household use. Since they are considered budget, the equipment does not have a mechanical draft regulator that controls the opening of the damper. But the duration and efficiency of burning each load of fuel will depend on it. There is also no thermomanometer, but TeploGarant offers to buy the missing elements of the system separately.

Standard series boilers with a power from 10 to 30 kW are in great demand as they are capable of heating a private house area 100-300 m2. All-welded steel structure has additional covering with heat-resistant spraying and non-flammable basalt thermal insulation. This equipment is non-volatile, since, unlike foreign analogues, it operates without forced pressurization.

As for functioning in the heating circuit, here the Burzhuy-K pyrolysis boiler heats the liquid in the system due to water jackets around the combustion chambers. So the unit body itself is very efficient heat exchanger. The supply pipe is located at the top, the heated water outlet is at the bottom.

2. Bourgeois-K Modern.

This series is more expensive and is represented by models that produce power in the range of 12-32 kW. Unlike the Standard, there is already the possibility of connecting to an additional heat exchanger of the DHW circuit. Just do not forget to review the power characteristics, because part of the generated energy will be spent on water supply. The efficiency of Burzhuy-K Modern reaches 82-92%, and the design is supplemented with a draft regulator. This simplifies operation management, since simple automation is able to control the air flow in the combustion chambers.

High performance products

Industrial heating boilers Burzhuy-K, presented in this series, produce a power of at least 50 kW. The maximum that these units are capable of is 800 kW (enough to heat an area of 8000 m2). We will not give a description of the principle of their operation, since these models completely replicate the Modern household lines. The only difference is in the size of the firebox and, accordingly, in the price.

2. Air heating TVs.

The characteristics of the TV line systems are more modest: their operating range is 12-150 kW. However, any long-burning boiler is capable of heating air up to +60-300 °C, and requires fuel loading much less often than water models. TV units are in little demand because they do not use the most efficient coolant. The cost of the equipment is also quite high, but they are ideal for heating production facilities.

It's already automated systems, operating from the network, since the pyrolysis boiler provides forced air injection. But experts in their reviews recommend using simplified chimney options with TV, since the pipes in these models constantly need to remove soot and condensation.

3. External Tn.

Modular TeploGarant series Burzhuy-K Tn are mobile equipment for use, so to speak, at the place of requirement. Although the weight of the units is considerable: the lightest T-12AMK pulls 400 kg, and the mass of a 100-kilowatt unit reaches 2 tons.

If somewhere outside the room there is a need for economical and long-lasting heating, it is better to purchase a modular device. Pyrolysis solid fuel stoves are used when it is not possible to create a mini-boiler room in the house. The Tn models cope with the work themselves, since the maximum configuration includes everything necessary:

  • circulation pump;
  • water filter;
  • defrost protection – automatic coolant run if the pyrolysis boiler has not been turned on for a long time;
  • shut-off valves;
  • safety and mixing valves.

Like other series, Burzhuy-K Tn models are easily integrated into any heating system, regardless of the features of its management. External solid fuel boilers have an improved chimney design that ensures a longer service life. The equipment comes with a collapsible frame. It gives an aesthetic appearance, protects from atmospheric influences, and the walls and roof of the “booth” are covered with thermal insulation.

Reviews from people

“My first disappointment with the pyrolysis Standard is the flimsy grates. They literally burned out for me during the season. As I understand it, many people face a similar problem. Most likely, it was necessary to replace the grille with something more serious immediately after purchase, but I didn’t want to get into new technology. Otherwise, it’s a normal solid-fuel device, although the price of the Burzhuy-K model clearly does not correspond to the functionality.”

Valentin Basov, Nizhny Novgorod.

“I struggled for a long time with cleaning the boiler - almost everything was clogged with tar from the inside. And getting into Burzhuy-K is not an easy task (those who have tried will agree with my opinion). It’s good that I came across a review where clever man I advised to insulate the boiler room under the solid fuel unit. Oddly enough, the problem was solved. Probably due to the low temperature of the air entering the pyrolysis burners, soot was released.”

Nikolay, Moscow.

“The characteristics that the manufacturer claims are probably achievable on Bourgeois only when using ideal fuel (very dry, with good calorific value). But I don’t want to spend money on factory briquettes, and to be on the safe side, I decided to buy a long-burning boiler with a power reserve of 25%. Now the house is warm enough, but not hot, so I advise you to focus on this indicator. Buying a model, of course, will be much more expensive, but it’s better than freezing in winter.”

Dmitry, St. Petersburg.

“I’ve been using the 20-kilowatt Bourgeois-K Standard for two years, and the longer I go, the more I like it. Although I couldn’t get used to it the first winter: I had to clean it all the time. Now I’ve gotten used to it, I’ve adjusted the boiler’s operation, and there are no such problems. I’ll give you some advice on my own: put in firewood that is not only dry, but also large enough, then you really won’t have to add it more often than every 8 hours.”

Dear company "BURZHUI-K"

Finally, we have put into operation your T-10 pyrolysis boiler. Ordinary country house(log house) is located in the Kostroma region in the village of Kalinka.

Since the construction of the house, the Russian stove has served us faithfully for heating, and it still stands today. Many of our friends have had them for a long time heating boilers on wood, but when talking with them, it was not clear why it was needed at all - the same amount of wood is burned per season, you need to buy pipes, radiators, and make sure that the heating system does not defrost.

I don’t remember from whom, but I heard that there are pyrolysis boilers that operate much more economically than conventional solid fuel boilers. Having estimated that an 8-10 kW boiler would be enough for our 80 meters, I began to “take a closer look” at what was offered in specialized stores. Almost immediately I came across boilers with the unusual name "BURZHUI-K". And after the seller told me that imported pyrolysis boilers cost 2 times more (and your boiler is also too expensive for my budget), and that they also require electricity to operate, I thought what to look for next would just be a waste of time.

We haven’t demolished the stove yet, but placed the boiler in a separate room at the entrance. It wasn’t much work to do the wiring, fortunately now we have polypropylene and don’t need to cook anything. I had to tinker with the chimney because I was told that it must be insulated and located vertically up from the boiler. I also installed a circulation pump, although I was not advised to do so. But it’s more convenient, the house warms up by 10 degrees in less than an hour!

We drowned this season regular boards, so-so firewood, I'll tell you. But literally on the second or third day, having gotten used to the operation of the air damper, we reached 7 hours from one laying and this was on pine boards! In the summer next year We are planning to buy good birch firewood, I am sure that the boiler will work even longer than the specified 8 hours!

We are very pleased with the boiler, for which we thank you very much.

Sincerely, Oleg Vitalievich Zaemov.
