In order to fulfill the requirements of Art. 225 Labor Code RF, Procedure for training in labor protection and testing knowledge of labor protection requirements for employees of organizations, approved by Resolution of the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation dated January 13, 2003 N 1/29

I ORDER:

1. Conduct a knowledge test of the labor protection requirements for workers listed in Appendix 1 to this order within the period from 10/24/2011 to 10/26/2011.

2. Create a commission to test knowledge of labor protection requirements for workers in the following composition:

2.1. The chairman of the commission is director S.P. Baranov;

2.2. Members of the commission:

Head of the labor protection department A.S. Petrov;

Head of HR Department A.I. Bubnova;

Chairman of the trade union committee A.V. Grachev.

3. Head of the HR Department A.I. Bubnova, by October 21, 2011, familiarize the workers listed in Appendix 1 to this order with this order.

4. Head of the office management service O.K. Fedorova, by October 21, 2011, to familiarize all persons mentioned in it with this order.

5. I reserve control over the execution of the order.

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH REQUIREMENTS

For the purpose of organizing and conducting testing knowledge of labor protection requirements personnel at the enterprise, in accordance with the requirements of the Labor Code Russian Federation" and "Procedure for training on labor protection and testing knowledge of labor protection requirements for employees of organizations",

I ORDER:

1. To test the knowledge of employees, appoint a commission to test knowledge of the requirements in the following composition:

2. The commission appointed by clause 1 of this order, in its work, shall be guided by the “Labor Code of the Russian Federation”, “The procedure for training in labor protection and testing knowledge of labor protection requirements for employees of organizations”, other regulatory and legal acts in the field.

7. An employee who has not passed the knowledge test of labor protection requirements during training is required to undergo a second knowledge test no later than one month.

8. Persons appointed in clause 1. should be familiarized with this order against signature.

I ORDER:
In accordance with the requirements of Art. 225 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, GOST 12.0.004-90 and in execution of the resolution of the Ministry of Labor of Russia and the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation dated January 13, 2003 No. 1/29 “On approval of the procedure for training in labor protection and testing knowledge of labor protection requirements for employees of organizations,”
1.Heads of departments: 1.1.All newly hired and transferred employees from other departments, after initial briefing , by order of the department (Appendix No. 1) to appoint an internship ( practical training
safe techniques and working methods for 2 to 14 shifts) under the guidance of an instructor from among experienced and disciplined workers. The order should be brought to the attention of the instructor and trainee against signature. It is prohibited to assign one instructor to more than two trainees at the same time.
1.2. All workers in blue-collar professions should be trained annually in labor protection according to an 18-hour program (Appendix No. 2), with a training log book being prepared (Appendix No. 3).
1.4. Do not allow persons to work who have not undergone internship, training and testing of knowledge of labor protection requirements.
1.5.Bring to the attention of all employees that knowledge of rules, regulations, instructions on labor protection, fire safety and compliance with their requirements is one of the main signs of a worker’s qualifications. If an employee is found to be unaware of the rules, regulations, and instructions, the employee is suspended from work and given no more than one month to prepare.
Refusal or evasion of an employee, without good reason, from undergoing training or passing labor safety exams is a violation labor discipline and may serve as a basis for bringing the employee to disciplinary liability in accordance with Art. 192 Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
2. The labor protection engineer ___________ provide methodological assistance to department heads when conducting labor protection training for workers in blue-collar occupations.
