Step one. Frame
The frame is welded from square steel pipes. Of course, the stand and base should be as strong as possible. Step two. Jack
To install the jack, you need to prepare stops on the boom and on the stand. The stops must be movable, since the angle of the jack will change during operation of the crane. After painting, the crane is ready for testing. The author can easily lift a motorcycle weighing 318 kg. Finally, the author strengthened the stand and boom a little more.
