TECHNIQUES AND CONDITIONS FOR EFFECTIVE APPLICATION OF MICROFERTILIZERS (V, MN, CU, ZN) FOR RICE IN UZBEKISTAN ABSTRACT DIS. ... DOCTORS OF AGRICULTURAL SCIENCES

M.: MOSCOW ORDER OF LENIN AND ORDER OF THE RED BANNER OF LABOR AGRICULTURAL ACADEMY NAMED AFTER K. A. TIMIRYAZEV

Purpose and objectives of the research. The purpose of the study was to establish the patterns of action of microfertilizers, methods, forms of microfertilizers and their aftereffect on the yield and quality of rice on basic soils;

study the interaction of microfertilizers on mineral and organic fertilizer backgrounds (manure, green manure);

determine the effect of microfertilizers on the content of nutrients in soil, plants, and the activity of soil microflora;

2

develop gradations of the provision of rice soils with available forms of microelements.

Reliability of power supply is considered as an additional market service offered by power grid enterprises to their clients, i.e., the end consumer of power industry products and services. To eliminate contradictions with the existing order of functioning of the retail electricity market, the authors made an attempt to systematize and analyze the regulations governing the relations of these business entities. The results of the analysis show that the problem of customer focus in terms of ensuring the reliability of power supply can be solved by retail market entities on their own initiative within the framework of current legislation

The article is devoted to the problem of integrated development of the infrastructure framework of the West Siberian macroregion in the context of globalization of Russia. This region belongs to areas with a high concentration of fuel and energy, minerals, raw materials and other natural resources and is located at the intersection of international railways and large Siberian rivers in close proximity to the industrialized Urals. Particular attention is required to the coordinated formation of regional energy communications with the development of supporting transport infrastructure. The article analyzes the production characteristics of the macroregion's energy system and discusses the directions of development of traditional electric power industry. Since the electric power industry of Western Siberia is developing on the basis of gas and coal resources, the largest thermal power plants are located in Surgut, Urengoy and the Kuznetsk coal basin. One of the vectors for the development of energy systems in the macroregion is the elimination of infrastructural restrictions on economic development. A scheme for the formation of an interconnected integrated system for the development of transport infrastructure and energy communications is presented.

The article examines the possibilities of using electricity options as an alternative to using power supply contracts to stimulate investment activity in the electric power industry. The practice of using electricity options in various countries has been studied, and the possibility of their use in Russia has been assessed. The results of the study indicate that hedging using electricity purchase options is a promising tool that can share risks between market agents, and thereby improve the responsiveness of investment processes to market signals. At the same time, investment incentives remain as a result of reduced uncertainty for the investor in comparison with the free market. The possibilities of combining the option approach with other mechanisms for regulating the electricity market are also considered and it is shown that the option mechanism generally increases the stability of the electricity market

This article examines the state of the electric power industry as a basic sector of the Russian economy, which is an integral part of the fuel and energy complex. The article was prepared on the basis of an analysis of legal acts and works of academic economists and practitioners. It is emphasized that the electric power industry has a number of problems noted in the Energy Strategy of Russia for the period until 2030, as well as in the works of experts in this industry, which require a comprehensive solution. The article proposes current ways to solve these problems.

As a result of statistical processing, it was revealed that the operating conditions of the Russian electric power industry are most similar to the conditions of Mexico or the Czech Republic and do not coincide with more developed countries - the USA, Canada, Germany, etc. The main factors of pricing in the industry are the generation structure, economic development, geographical determinism, political lobby. The main reason for the negative consequences of demonopolization of the Russian electric power industry is the country’s slide towards an oligarchic model of the national economy, which does not ensure effective government regulation.

The article discusses the issue of managing modern methods and tools of lean production. The methodology for introducing lean production at an oil and gas engineering enterprise in the form of Lean and Kanban systems is considered. The solution to the problem regarding the required location of production and auxiliary work areas, as well as the rational location of workplaces, has been studied. This goal is achieved with the help of such tools as “flexible manufacturing”, “flow”, “Japanese module” - “cellular production”. In addition, the improvement of the supply chain was analyzed by reducing hidden losses, namely transportation, movement, delays, excess inventory, and storage. The work presents a map of the value stream in the workshop before and after improvements. Using the Kanban system, the problem of eliminating intermediate warehouses was solved. The advantages and disadvantages of using these tools are analyzed

The evolution of theoretical views on the structure of the electricity market is considered. It is shown that the change in models of competition, natural monopoly, and competitive market depended on the technological level of development of the industry, the economic interests of the owners and the political situation. In modern conditions, the electric power industry maintains its monopoly position and performs the functions of public infrastructure.

The concept of market transformations in the electric power industry, implemented in 2008, initially assumed the implementation of the general economic postulates of a free (competitive) commodity market. The result was a closed, rigid structure with a very complex structure, permeated with numerous financial connections with multidirectional interests. It includes both free and regulated market sectors with various pricing and incentive mechanisms for privatized and state-owned functional energy companies interacting with newly formed trading and service organizations.

Development of bioenergy in the world of biomass. Its share in total consumption is consistently about 70%.

Renewable energy is the energy sector. The contribution of biomass to the gross final energy sector is dynamically developing in the world. The EU's consumption has already exceeded 8%, and by 2020, today the share of RES in the total primary supply should increase to 14% (Table 1). In some countries, energy in the world is about 13%, in leading countries the level of development of bioenergy and biomass is 10%, which corresponds to much higher than the European average. So, in lei 1300 million tons of oil equivalent per year.

In Finland, the share of biomass in the final energy of the European Union is successfully moving towards additional consumption of 28%, in Latvia - more than achieving the 2020 target for renewable

At the same time, agricultural waste is the real part of the biomass potential, the mass in Ukraine fluctuates from year to year and depends, and the data on energy crops reflect mainly the yield of the main crops. In 2013, when these crops were grown on free land, a record grain harvest in Ukraine over the past 20 years was collected.

It should be noted that this process of grain and leguminous crops (63 million tons) has been actively developing over the last few years. The potential assessment is conservative - it has reached its maximum value - almost no and includes the main types of biomass, having 28 million tons of fuel equivalent. (Fig. 4). On the contrary, 2003 was a year with a significant impact on the volume, potentially one of the poorest grain crops in the world. In practice, there are many sources of biomass (20 million tons), and the potential of biomass has fallen more - grain cleaning waste from elevators, tops to 18.5 million tons of fuel equivalent.

sugar beet, reed biomass and others. When assessing the potential, an extremely important question is the area of unused agricultural land, what share of waste/solid land in Ukraine is 3...4 million hectares of agricultural production residues, according to 2012 data - 3.5 million hectares (Table 4). can be used for energy needs Several possible cultivation scenarios without a negative impact on soil fertility.
