Mineral waters are natural underground waters and are formed in the thickness of the earth's crust with certain geological-structural, geothermal, hydrogeological and geochemical conditions that determine the patterns of their spatial localization, gas, ion-salt and microelement composition, temperature and other indicators. Mineral waters also have important balneological significance and are widely used in spa treatment. Thus, waters for external use are used for baths, bathing, showers carried out in balneotherapy clinics and in healing pools, as well as for inhalation and rinsing for diseases of the nasopharynx and upper respiratory tract, for irrigation and rinsing of hollow organs and other similar purposes.

In this course project we are designing a bottling plant for Shainurovskaya mineral water. We consider the technological scheme for the production of mineral water.

The purpose of the course project is:

1. Feasibility study for the construction of the plant

The waters of Bashkortostan from the point of view of balneological (that is, health benefits), according to a number of experts, are quite underestimated. Since Soviet times, a certain stereotypical vision of prestigious suppliers of mineral water has developed - these are the owners of the springs of the Caucasus and the “abroad” that we have always idolized.

Ilishevsky district is a municipal district within the Republic of Bashkortostan. The administrative center is the village of Verkhneyarkeyevo. The region is located in the north-west of the republic. The territory of the district is located on the northeastern spurs of the Bugulma-Belebeevskaya Upland. The Belaya, Syun, and Baza rivers flow through the region. The soils are gray-forest, floodplain and leached chernozems. The climate is warm, slightly arid. Forests, mainly birch, oak and aspen, occupy 15.4% of the area.

The choice of site for the construction of the plant was determined by the presence of minerals in the soil (iron, calcium, magnesium).

Water "Shainurovskaya" is carbonic ferrous hydrocarbonate-calcium-magnesium water with a high content of free carbon dioxide. Its source is located on the territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan in the Ilishevsky district. Widely known in Bashkiria as an excellent refreshing table drink. It is also used for medicinal purposes for stomach catarrh, chronic colitis and cystitis, and phosphaturia.

For carbonated drinks, an isobaric filling system is used. Bottling lines have a capacity from 1,500 to 24,000 bottles per hour.

For annual capacity (5,030,303 bottles) it is required:

2.5 Calculation of shrink film

For group packaging of bottles up to 3 liters, dense shrink film 400 mm wide and 30 microns thick is used. The standard package contains 12 bottles of 0.33 and 0.5 l (4 rows of 3 bottles) and 6 bottles of 1.5 l.

One package requires 0.66 m 2 of shrink film. The number of films for all products is:

N = 500000/6 =83334 pcs.

N = 1500000/12 =125000 pcs.

N = 3030303.0/12 = 252526 pcs.

Thus, I carried out a feasibility study of the need to design an enterprise for the production of Shainurovskaya mineral water, and made calculations of the product and equipment. A drawing and layout of the main technological equipment of the designed enterprise was completed.
