This is my first dishwasher in my life - maybe that’s why there’s a lot of positivity? ;) but in general it’s wonderful - quiet - we currently live in an apartment without furniture or doors - we set it to wash at night - you can’t hear it at all! washes perfectly - we wash it only because we don’t always place the dishes very correctly

    Advantages:

quiet, washes perfectly, childproof, water and electricity consumption is minimal

    Flaws:

there is no quick wash mode - an hour or half an hour, but I’m not sure that this happens =)

    Period of use:

    less than a month

It washes very quietly, for the sake of experiment we immediately put a glass baking dish in there (it was covered in burnt fat from the chicken), and much more. Washed away the grease with a bang, rid the mugs of tea stains and reverse side white plates from yellowness. I recommend it to everyone, you won’t regret it if you find it!

Operating instructions for Bosch dishwashers, user manual - Mnogodok. For correct operation For different models of Bosch dishwashers, we present instructions for use for them. All manuals are offered in Russian and we hope that you will find what you need in the large list of this brand.

The file can be downloaded, printed and used as a guide to this technique.

The Bosch dishwasher operating instructions will help the user to operate the appliance safely. There is a lot in the manual useful information: from the procedure for unpacking and installing the product to the addresses of service centers.

The most important sections of the document are safety precautions when using the dishwasher, how to operate it, and how to troubleshoot problems on your own.

The most useful sections of the Bosch dishwasher operating instructions are those that relate to the technical characteristics of a particular model and the capabilities of the device.

It is important to prevent the unit from breaking down immediately after purchasing it, so it is better to familiarize yourself with safety precautions before purchasing a complex device.

Instructions are written separately for each model, taking into account their features, including in Russian. Fulfilling the requirements will help the equipment serve for a long time.

    Security measures

When receiving the goods, pay attention to the integrity of the packaging: if it is damaged, you need to make sure that the dishwasher body is in good condition.

Before turning on the dishwasher, you should compare the characteristics of the electrical network at the connection point with the data of the device itself: power consumption and required section supply wires. The washing unit must be securely installed and have easy access to the switching point.

During operation, you must follow the established rules:

    • Place cutlery point down or horizontally in the dish compartment;
    • Do not place heavy products on the open door of the washing chamber to avoid the machine tipping over;
    • Solvents can cause the device to explode and are therefore prohibited for use as a detergent;
    • It is necessary to disconnect the unit from the water supply and electrical network if necessary to carry out minor repairs.

For different models of dishwashers of the Bosch family, the additional conditions, but the basic rules are the same for everyone.

An ideal option for a safe built-in modification of a dishwasher is Bosch Silence Plus. This model is equipped with an inverter motor, which saves energy. The machine has 5 programs, but the main advantage is rinsing dishes hot water. This effectively removes any remaining detergent. The device has a child safety feature and prevents leaks and damage.

    Operational Capabilities

Bosch dishwashers are produced exclusively for home use.

    Detergents for them are different:

    • liquid;
    • powdery;
    • gel;
    • tableted.

The required dosage is indicated on the packaging.

The program is selected according to the instructions printed on the machine panels, taking into account the number of cutlery, the material from which they are made, and their contamination. Having selected the desired cycle, you can connect the dishwasher. To connect: open the water supply tap, open the chamber door and load the plates, press the power button, select the program and press the key. The program will start immediately after the door slams.

To disconnect the dishwasher, you need to wait until the end of the cycle, when the hatch is unlocked, open it completely and press the off button. Turn off the water supply, wait until the dishes cool down, and then remove them.

    Troubleshooting Yourself

If your Bosch dishwasher breaks down, you should definitely contact service center, but first you need to make sure of the complexity of the issue. To recognize a malfunction, the machine program itself diagnoses the problem and displays it on the display in the form of a specific code. A complete list of assigned ciphers and their descriptions are given in the instructions, but those that you can eliminate yourself are here:

    1. E4 - indicates problems with the flow switch, one of the reasons for this may be a clogged hose - it needs to be checked.
    2. E6 - pops up when the Bosch Silence Plus machine has a problem with the aqua sensor, which is responsible for determining the degree of soiling of the dishes. This happens when the dirty intensive washing program is set for almost clean dishes.
    3. E15 - informs about the activation of the aquastop, which is activated when there is a water leak. All hoses should be checked.
    4. E17 - signals an error in filling liquid. The cause may be increased pressure at the outlet of the water supply network (inlet to the dishwasher).
    5. E24 - occurs when there is poor drainage or no drainage due to clogging or pinching of the hose.
    6. E27 - there is low voltage in the electrical network, which happens during peak load hours. In this case, installing a stabilizer will help.

The most common problems are that the machine simply does not turn on, or the connection to the network occurs, but the lights do not blink. The cause of the first malfunction is problems with the connection to the electrical network - perhaps a fuse has blown, or a lock has been triggered. Make sure that the washing chamber door is closed; check whether the water supply hoses, drain filters, and sprinkler nozzles are clogged. Non-blinking indicator lights indicate that no program has been selected, and when the cycle is completed, the unit is still operating.

    Maintenance

The duration of any mechanism depends on the quality of service. It is also necessary to monitor the condition of individual devices of the Bosch dishwasher:

    1. Detect scale and grease on the rocker arms: if they are detected, run the cycle without loading, with detergent, in intensive mode.
    2. Check the condition of the filters after each wash. If necessary, rinse them with hot water from the tap, otherwise the drain pump will be blocked from contamination and the dishwasher will need to be repaired.
    3. Wash the sprinklers from scale and food so that the quality of washing does not deteriorate. These devices are removable. For cleaning flow-through will do hot water.

More detailed description care for parts of Bosch washing units can be found in the instructions for use attached to the specific product. Following the instructions in the manual will allow you to use the dishwasher for a long time.

What you should buy in advance:

    Salt for water softening,

    Detergent,

Rinse aid. Use only dishes that can be washed in a dishwasher.

    3. Device for reducing water hardness

To achieve good washing results, the washing machine must be supplied with soft, almost calcium-free water.

Otherwise, scale will accumulate on the dishes and on the inside walls of the machine. Tap water whose calcium hardness exceeds the permissible hardness level must be purified of calcium salts before it is used in a washing machine.

Water softening is carried out using special salt, which is poured into a device for reducing water hardness built into the washing machine. The setting of the device and the required amount of salt depend entirely on the degree of hardness of the tap water.

    Device setup

The first thing you should do is find out the hardness value of your tap water. The water management department or service center will help you with this.

You can determine the setting value from the water hardness table.

Press the program selection key IN 1 . After this, the key can be released. Indication 6 starts flashing, the key backlight comes on A And IN. (Water hardness was set to two at the factory).

To change the setting, press the program selection key IN .

After each press, the set value increases by one (adjustment range from 0 to 3).

If the keys are lit A, IN And WITH, this means that the maximum permissible value of rigidity has been set

    water.

If you now increase this value again, the key light bulbs will go out and the water hardness value will be reduced to 0 (none of the key light bulbs will light up).

1 . The set water hardness value is stored in memory.
Regeneration of the water hardness reducer requires approx. 4 liters of water. As a result, the water consumption per wash will increase, depending on the device settings, from 0 to max. 4 liters.

    Water hardness table

    4. Adding salt to soften water

During washing, the salt is automatically washed out of the container where it is located and into the water hardness reducing container, where it dissolves the calcium salts. The solution containing calcium salts is pumped out of the machine. After this, the system is ready for use again. The regeneration process occurs only if the salt in the water is completely dissolved.

Unscrew the cap of the container 24 .

Before putting the machine into operation, you must fill the salt storage container with approx. 1 liter of water. For this purpose, use the supplied salt funnel.

Then load as much salt ( but not cookery!) until the container is full to the brim (max. 1.5 kg). When loading salt, water will be squeezed out of the container and overflow. Therefore, adding salt should always be done immediately before turning on the dishwasher (to avoid corrosion). As a result, the salt solution that gets outside will immediately be diluted with a large amount of water and will end up in the sewer. After loading, remove any grains of salt remaining around the loading hole and close the container with a lid, making sure that it does not warp.

Indication "Add salt to soften water" 6 on the panel will first light up and go out only when the salt concentration in the water is high enough.

When installing the regulator of the device to reduce water hardness to "ABOUT", there is no need to add salt to the device’s container, since it is not used in this operating mode. With settings from „1" before „3" salt is poured into the container.

    Warning

Under no circumstances should detergent get into the container for special water softening salt. Otherwise, the water hardness reduction device will be damaged.

    "Add salt" display

Water softening salt should be added if this indicator lights up on the panel 6 .

    5. How to add rinse aid

Rinse aid is used to keep dishes stain-free and glasses clear.

Only use rinse aid designed for household dishwashers.

Open the lid of the rinse aid container 29 . To do this, press on the marking on the cover ( 1 ) and at the same time lift the cover by grasping its protrusion ( 2 ).

Carefully pour rinse aid up to the very edge of the fill hole.

    - The lid should be closed so that you can hear it click into place.
Any rinse aid that has overflowed should be collected with a cloth to prevent too much foam from forming the next time you wash the dishes.

Adjusting the amount of rinse aid delivered

The amount of rinse aid supplied to the machine when washing dishes can be infinitely adjusted. At the factory, the regulator is set to the value 4 .

Indication of the need to add rinse aid

While this indication is on the container lid 29 remains dark, there is enough rinse aid in the container.

Very small dishes should not be washed in the dishwasher as they may fall out of the trays.

    Taking out dishes

To avoid dripping from the dishes in the upper tray onto the dishes in the lower tray, it is recommended to first remove the dishes from the lower tray and only then disassemble the upper tray.

    Cups and glasses

    Upper basket for dishes 20

    Placement of pots

Lower basket for dishes, with shelf 27

    Cutlery

Cutlery should always be placed, without sorting, with the concave side down. This will make it easier for the water jet to reach individual forks and spoons. To avoid injury, please place long, sharp utensils and knives on the shelf (available on some dishwasher models) or on the knife rack (supplied as an accessory).

Basket folding bars (on some models)

In order to place pots and bowls more efficiently, the rods can be folded back.

    Shelf (on some models)

In some models, lean glasses with stems and tall glasses against the edge of the shelf, but not against the dishes.

Long cutlery such as spoons, salad tongs, ladle or knives also have a place on the shelf where they will not interfere with the rotation of the spray arms. The shelf can be expanded or removed again if desired.

Basket height adjustment (on some models)

Upper basket with side locks (Rackmatic)

Pull out the top basket 20 from the car.

To lower the basket, press alternately on both latches, which are located on the left

and on the right from the outside of the basket towards the inside. In this case, the basket should be held firmly from the side by the top edge so that it does not fall down sharply.

To lift the basket, grab the top edge of the basket from the side and lift it up.

Before pushing the basket back in, make sure that both sides of the basket are in the correct position. same height. Otherwise, the machine door will not close and the upper spray arm will be disconnected from the water circulation system.

Pull out the top basket 20 from the car.

Remove the upper basket and install it on the upper (level 2) or lower (level 1) rollers.

Spray head for washing trays (on some models)

With this spray head you can wash large baking trays or wire racks, as well as plates with a diameter of more than 30 cm (gourmet plates, spaghetti plates, stand plates).

To do this, remove the top basket and install the spray head as shown in the figure.

To ensure that the water jet can reach all the trays, they should be positioned as shown in the picture (max. 4 trays and 2 racks).

The dishwasher should always be operated with the top rack or spray head to wash the trays!

    8. Detergent

You can use commercially available liquid and powder branded dishwasher detergents or these products compressed into tablets (but not hand dishwashing detergent!).

Using phosphate-free detergents in hard water can quickly lead to stains on dishes and container walls. white plaque. More detergent will solve this problem.

Whether the product is suitable for washing silverware is indicated on its packaging.

    Cell with detergent dispenser

The markings in the detergent compartment will help you load the required amount of detergent:
    bottom line: 15 ml

    middle line: 25 ml

filling to the brim: 40 ml

If the detergent compartment is still closed, open the lid by sliding the latch 28 .

Load into compartment 30 dishwashing liquid.
Dosage: Refer to the manufacturer's instructions on the detergent packaging.

    Important note

Since dishwashing detergents produced by different manufacturers, pressed into tablet form, dissolve at different rates, it may happen that when choosing a short dishwashing program, these detergents do not have time to fully demonstrate their cleaning properties. Therefore, powdered dishwashing detergents are more suitable for short programs.

In the Intensive Wash program (available on some models), it is enough to add only one tablet of detergent.
When using powdered detergents, it is possible that you will have to additionally sprinkle a little powder on the machine door.

If your dishes are only slightly dirty, then in most cases it is recommended to load less

the amount of detergent than that given in the instructions.

Close the detergent container. For this:

    1. close the lid of the container,

    2. press it until you hear a click.

If you use detergent compressed in the form of tablets, then read on the packaging of the product where you should put these tablets (in the basket with cutlery,

into a container for the product, etc.). Make sure that the lid of the detergent container is tightly closed when using tablets.

ATTENTION! IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON USING COMBINED DETERGENTS

When using so-called combination detergents, which make the use of rinse aid or salt unnecessary, please observe the following instructions:

Some products with added rinse aid are only most effective in certain programs.

For devices with automatic programs, this kind of means in most cases does not give the desired result.

Products that make the use of regenerating salt unnecessary can only be used in water with a certain hardness.

Before using these types of combination products, carefully read the instructions for use of these products or the information on the packaging!

If in doubt, contact the detergent manufacturer, especially if:

At the end of the program the dishes remain very wet.
