- flour – 250 gr.;
- milk – 1.5 cups;
- egg – 1 pc.;
- salt – 1 teaspoon;

- processed cheese – 1 pc.;
- garlic – 2 cloves;
- mayonnaise;

for the second filling:
- egg – 2 pcs.;
- mayonnaise;

for the third filling:
- minced pork and beef – 400 gr.;
- onion – 1 pc.;
- salt;
- ground black pepper - to taste;
-vegetable oil.

Cooking time: 1.5 hours.

To prepare the pancake cake batter, whisk the egg and salt.




Add milk (1 glass) to it.




Then add flour.






Stir with a whisk until smooth. You will get a thick dough. Now that all the lumps have been mixed, pour in the remaining milk.








Fry the pancakes in a hot frying pan on both sides. From the amount of dough you made, you should have approximately 8 pancakes (20 cm in diameter).






Set the pancakes aside to cool. Meanwhile, start preparing the filling. To prepare the first filling for the snack cake, grate the cheese on a fine grater.




Add mayonnaise and finely grated or chopped garlic to it.
